"The facilities are a bit old, but perfectly fine. It's an old-established hotel that used to be very prestigious. Our two families booked two family rooms, which were warm and comfortable even before the heating was turned off. We rested well and felt safe. The fact that takeout orders weren't allowed upstairs shows the management is attentive, which is great. The front desk staff were also very helpful. The only minor flaw was that breakfast was included for three people per room. Since our families consisted of two adults and two children, we each had to pay an extra 30 yuan for breakfast. If we wanted to pay for it, that wouldn't be a problem, but could we at least have looked at the menu before choosing? The manager at the restaurant entrance told us to come out immediately, which was quite amusing. Even if we were one person short, at least we still had three people to eat. That's all; everything else was great. I would never give a bad review."

"Before driving back to Beijing, I temporarily spent the night in Chifeng. I booked the hotel after I arrived at Chifeng. At more than 200 prices, this James Joyce Coffetel is very cost-effective! The rooms are spacious, the facilities are very new, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is very rich, it is recommended. What needs to be improved is that parking is not convenient. When I arrived at night, there was basically no parking space. I found one nearby. I didn't expect to park a lot in the morning. It took half an hour to move out of the extremely narrow parking space."

After we contacted the hotel, a maintenance worker came to fix it, probably due to insufficient water pressure. We couldn't believe such a high-end hotel would behave like this. Later, we contacted the hotel manager, and they actually offered to reimburse us for a few dollars' worth of cold medicine. We were speechless."

The housekeeping staff are also very friendly and always greet you proactively! They provide fresh bottled water and toiletries samples daily!! You can even take them with you if you need them while traveling. The bed sheets and duvet covers are very clean and thoroughly washed, with no odor at all! The breakfast selection is also quite varied and nutritionally balanced, making it suitable for couples' dates. They also have family rooms for families!"

"The hotel facilities are okay, the cleanliness is acceptable, the environment is nice, and the service is good. However, the breakfast service is terrible. It costs 58 yuan per person, which is really not worth it. Children have to pay an extra 29 yuan. The hotel closes at 9 am, and when we arrived around 8 am, they told us it was closing time after we paid. It's awful. Don't go there; it's not worth recommending. Eating breakfast there feels like being robbed."

Even with the heating turned off, the room stays above 27℃ without opening a window, making it difficult to sleep."

"The hotel looks good from the outside. I booked the room from Ctrip. The pictures looked good, but the experience after checking in was really bad. The room facilities were outdated, the room was dry and there was no humidifier. The carpet on the floor accidentally spilled water, and the evaporation was very pungent. I slept with the window open for ventilation for one night, but I caught a cold and coughed for two days. The breakfast was ok. Parking is underground, and you need to swipe your card to get in, which is quite troublesome. Ground parking spaces are charged."
