"This hotel is well-rounded in all aspects, and I'm generally very satisfied. The front desk staff speak good English, making communication smooth. There's also a 24-hour bar with drinks available, and free dried fruit snacks. The breakfast is generally good, with items changing daily. On weekdays, it's served until 12 PM, which is very considerate of guests' needs. The staff are also very diligent in clearing plates, sometimes a bit too eager, as they might take away a plate I've just used. The hotel is right next to a KFC and close to a university, so there are plenty of dining options nearby. The room size is appropriate, and the layout is reasonable. The TV has international channels, and the large refrigerator works very well."

"When I checked in, I specifically showed my reservation for a twin room and confirmed that two passports would be staying. However, I was given a double room, so I had to go back to the front desk to arrange a room change. The soundproofing in the room was terrible. I could clearly hear loud conversations and a child screaming through the connecting door from the next room. This went on for a long time starting at 6:30 AM, making it impossible to rest after a late flight. Also, even though two adults checked in, only one person's city tax was collected. When I checked out, I was rushing for my high-speed train, but I was delayed because they said I still owed tax for one person. After a long discussion, I had to pay for the other person. I don't understand their service process. I had to contact Trip.com to help coordinate, which also involved a long period of miscommunication. I'm giving 3 points for the location."

"Seeing the reviews, which seemed to be from fellow countrymen and had good ratings, I decisively booked this hotel. My actual experience was excellent. The room was spacious, bright, comfortable, cozy, and modern. After an overnight flight, I arrived at the hotel at 7 AM. They arranged early check-in for me, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to fully recover from my fatigue. The handmade noodles at breakfast tasted just like my mom's cooking, and the fresh and dried fruits were varied and plentiful. A special shout-out to Shahijuahon at the front desk who selflessly helped us with check-in. Also, the cleaning staff did a fantastic job tidying up the room. Just a small suggestion: if the service staff could smile a bit more, it would be absolutely perfect."

"The location is fantastic, within easy walking distance of the Center for Islamic Civilization and Hazrati Imam Square. There's a chain supermarket right across the street, making daily shopping incredibly convenient. The hotel environment gets full marks: it's very well-designed overall, and we had a very comfortable stay. The service was incredibly thoughtful: ISMOILJON at the front desk spoke fluent English, so communication was a breeze. He not only proactively helped us carry our heavy luggage down the stairs but also enthusiastically assisted us in checking and confirming the signature on our 'white slip' (registration card) – these small details really made a difference! For anyone visiting Tashkent, definitely choose this place; you won't be disappointed!"

"The hotel is located on a quiet street, and my stay was extremely comfortable. All the photos are accurate; the room looks exactly as pictured. We booked a room for three, and it was clean, with three towels provided for each person. Housekeeping was done daily. Breakfasts were delicious, everything was fresh, and there was a good variety. When checking out, I forgot my charger and only remembered about it four hours later. I called reception, and the hotel staff sent it to me via taxi delivery, for which I'm very grateful. I definitely recommend staying here! 👍"

"The hotel is quite large, and while the room layout is a bit unusual, it's spacious enough. A pleasant surprise was the big, well-equipped gym, and another was the excellent breakfast, especially the incredibly delicious meat patty. On the day of check-out, I had to leave early to catch a train, and the front desk thoughtfully packed two large bags of breakfast for me, which I really appreciated. The location is a bit out of the way, and there don't seem to be any convenient subway stations nearby. There's also not much to do at night. However, Tashkent isn't that big, and taxis are cheap, so it wasn't a major issue."

"We spent 3 nights at this hotel. It's a fantastic hotel located in a quiet neighborhood, boasting a cozy courtyard that hides three pools. As soon as we arrived, staff met us at the entrance and helped with our luggage. After completing the check-in formalities, we were shown to our room. The room was spotless and came with bottled water, replenished daily, along with toiletries, slippers, bathrobes, combs, and more. The air conditioning worked quietly even in the heat. Housekeeping was done daily. The next day, a buffet-style breakfast awaited us on the -1 floor. There was a rich selection, and we especially enjoyed the fresh fruits – melon and watermelon. Within the hotel grounds, there are three pools: one outdoor in the sun, and two indoor. There's also a Hammam and a Finnish sauna. Our stay at this hotel was worth every soum. We absolutely loved it. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Tashkent. The location is very close to the road leading to the airport, a 7-minute taxi ride. The city bus stops right in front of the hotel entrance."

"I only stayed for one night as a layover. It's close to the airport, located in some sort of private residential area. The rules are a bit odd, but that might just be me.
