"We booked this hotel in advance based on a recommendation for July 2026. With a promo code, the price was very good. We opted for breakfast since we planned to visit all the sights in Kas. The hotel has its own beach, parking, and a restaurant. The biggest plus is the fantastic beach right on the waterfront. There are restrooms/showers with changing rooms available, and it's close to the main road. They also have separate pools for adults and children. The buffet breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. The buffet breakfast was pretty standard, like most places (we only had breakfast included). The beach officially opens at 10:00 AM, but the staff always set up umbrellas early, so there were never any issues with sunbeds or anything else. They provide towels, and you can order food/drinks to your room and pay later or upon checkout. The rooms are small but have all the necessary amenities, including a safe. Housekeeping is done by request – just hang the sign. The hotel's location on the peninsula creates a quiet, secluded atmosphere. If you walk up to the main road, you can catch dolmuş (minibusses) to Kas center. The administrator kindly provided the bus schedule. I have to commend the administrators – they were polite and friendly. I arrived without any small change, and they even lent me Turkish Lira because the minibusses only accept local currency! 😂 We'll definitely be back again! 🫶🏻"

"Excellent hotel, conveniently located on the peninsula. I'd especially like to highlight the great grounds and the fantastic free beach, which is a 10-minute walk away. However, there's also a free shuttle every hour in a comfortable minivan to the beach. The buffet breakfast could have been a bit more varied, but all the food was very tasty. The ideal time for breakfast is 7 AM, when the sun beautifully rises, illuminating the surrounding mountains. The room was also stylish. True, we had some ants as neighbors, but they weren't too bothersome."

"My wife and I are staying for 3 nights in early May. Communication with the hotel was excellent; we exchanged our estimated arrival time twice, and check-in went smoothly. They helped us with our luggage and even parked the car for us. The room isn't large, and the beds and furniture aren't luxurious, but everything is neat and clean. My suitcase is quite big, so instead of laying it flat, I took out my clothes and put them all in the wardrobe. There's still space left over. I really feel that all the tables, decorations, and other items reflect efficient design and a thoughtful consideration for guest convenience. It's not luxury, but it's a highly satisfying hotel with great value for money. There's a private beach about 100 meters down the road. It has parasols, a ladder, and even a shower. We're on a 3-night trip, and I'm already thinking of extending it by another night. Now it's time to go for breakfast starting at 8 AM. I'm looking forward to it. It would probably be even better to enjoy this place a month or even two weeks later. We avoided the peak season, but I noticed all the rooms were full yesterday. As a side note, while the ground floor rooms lack privacy if you open the window, it's super convenient for coming and going, much like a garden apartment on the first floor. I think the good aspects outweigh the bad. I quickly wrote down my thoughts after one night. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kas. It's about 5km from the city center, less than a 10-minute drive."

"This guesthouse is perched high above Kas, offering stunning views of the entire town. The owner was incredibly helpful, assisting me with my luggage up the slope. It's just a few minutes' walk to the town center and the harbor. The room was well-equipped, with laundry and cooking facilities available. Even on the ground floor, the room was spotless and completely bug-free. Kas is truly beautiful and worth staying for several days, making it perfect for a family vacation."

"The hotel isn't bad. It has a good location, very friendly staff, and nice breakfasts (served on the rooftop with a beautiful view of the city and sea). Overall, everything was good, but there are a few things that could be improved: We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. During this time, our room was never cleaned. Drinking water was only provided on the first day. On the other subsequent days, no one entered the room or replenished the water. The bathroom needs renovation. Unfortunately, there was a lot of mold, broken shower gel holders, and very poor lighting. On the day of departure, there was no hot water at all (since it was +35 outside, it wasn't a major issue, but it still wasn't very pleasant). The single power outlet was in a very odd spot: behind the bed in the middle. How to charge phones was a big mystery. We had to move the bed to charge them. There was only one bedside table and nowhere to put our belongings. In general, the room was much worse than we expected. Therefore, I do not recommend booking a standard room. However, I imagine other room categories would probably be quite good, because the location, breakfasts, and overall cleanliness of the hotel are all at a good level."

"An all around great experience. We had a late midnight check in, but it was not a problem as the reception is available 24/7. From the moment we stepped into the area we felt like we could start relaxing after a tiring journey. The hotel feels like a mini resort, a hideaway from an otherwise busy town of Kaş, while still being 5 minute walk away from the city centre, a beach and a the main historical monument - the theatre. The room was nice and tidy. The bed was more than sufficiently sized! We had a balcony to dry our clothes after beach days. It had shampoo and a shower and all the other good stuff. Also a Jacuzzi. Where the hotel really shines is the little extras that make holidays in the area more pleasant. First there's water filter machines providing clean cold or warm water, much nicer than the bottled stuff. Secondly, the beach towel service is a major convenience. You can grab a towel on your way out at reception and drop off a wet on the way back. Lastly, the hotel provides free access to a beach area with umbrellas and chairs. In Kaş in most beaches you'll be likely paying for these so it is nice to have a free beach very nearby. Great for a relaxing afternoon beach session when you don't want to travel to the more remote famous beaches. There's also things like yoga in the mornings and coffee or tea in the afternoons at no extra charge. All the above factors contribute to being able to thoroughly relax when staying here. It would be a shame not to mention breakfast. It's a really well put together buffet menu, allowing you to get an early taste of some of the Turkish cuisine as well as the regular foods you'd expect. There was also some really great pizza! It was almost our favorite part of the day. And the views! The views! The breakfast area is on a patio with a broad open view of the whole basin. We would be staying here again if we visit Kaş in the future. Thank you for an excellent stay."

"If you can sleep despite sound music, the hotel is perfect. Clean it was in any case. The staff is very nice. The only thing that has disturbed us was the volume outwards. The hotel is located right next to 47 bars and accordingly the volume is up to about 3 a.m."

"I booked two rooms for one night. The male manager at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful; he even personally assisted my mother with her luggage to the room. The hotel's decor is beautiful, but it's a shame that either due to the materials used or the weather, the place is already showing signs of wear and tear, despite being relatively new. Many things look a bit old, and there were even stains on the room's floor tiles that seemed difficult to clean. The main drawback was the two male staff members in the breakfast restaurant, who seemed to have poor eyesight, treating some guests as if they were invisible. Although my mother speaks fluent English, when she arrived at the restaurant alone in the morning, the two staff members completely ignored her. Meanwhile, they were constantly chatting with another group of French-speaking foreign guests and bringing them coffee. On the other hand, when we asked if they could get us coffee, they said it was self-service, but then offered to 'help us prepare' it."

На мой вкус, не очень удобная система заселения: нужно звонить хозяину или сотруднику комплекса, он сообщает код и местонахождения ключа и номер комнаты. По факту, это все заняло время, ключи были перепутаны. Все равно сотруднику пришлось приехать и разобраться с ситуацией. И ещё, я бы добавила полотенце для ног в ванную. Все остальное отлично. С удовольствием, могу рекомендовать этот отель другим путешественникам"
