"The air conditioning was broken. The Iranian staff member was very warm and helpful, trying to fix it twice. Unfortunately, the AC still wasn't very effective. I just stayed one night as a stopover. The Iranian staff member had a great attitude and was very enthusiastic."

"Convenient parking, parking service, the hotel is very new, breakfast is rich, but the bathroom upstairs in the room I stayed in was not waterproofed well, and water leaked from the ceiling, causing the bathroom to always have a musty smell. "Everything is perfect for a one night stop over in Ankara. The parking is very tight, but the parking staff were very helpful. Overall, we are very happy."

"First of all, there is no private parking garage. Parking is on the street in front and across from the hotel. Breakfast was very basic and they were short staffed. Room was good size, comfortable bed. Missing the sofa/chair. Missing iron and the ironing board. I had to request them which they brought to me but the iron was half broken. There were 2 small bottles of shampoo، 2 small bottles of conditioner and 2 small bottles of body wash and one very small bar of soap. There was a hair dryer, teapot, slippers and 2 free water bottles. The room was a non smoking room, but in the middle of the night I could smell heavy cigarette smoke."
