"This hotel is really colorful with beautiful rooms. To save energy, the AC only works when your room key is inserted, so you can't leave it on. The problem is, it takes a long time to cool down, so when you first enter, it's still stifling hot for about 10 minutes. The sink in the room is strangely low. There's only regular TV, no smart TV. In today's world, especially for international tourists, smart TV is important. I think it's worth adding 'smart TV' as a category to consider. The breakfasts were really disappointing and are served in a windowless room that gets incredibly stuffy. The pool is a bit off-site, and what I disliked is not just the absence of a bar or shop, but also the fact that you can't even bring your own food and drinks. So, you either swim and then leave quickly, or you lie on the strange sunbeds without anything to drink in the heat. Visually, everything looks good, and the staff is nice, but these little flaws are a real downside."

"The entrance is truly amazing, wow! You can have an excellent dinner there. Breakfast was good (both Western and Thai). The spacious room had great air conditioning. Nice swimming pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were lovely. Our room had a temple view. We wanted to travel on to Lampang, and when it became clear that Bolt and Grab weren't very keen on the trip, the reception arranged a great alternative."

"Highly recommended place. Easily reach the hotel from main road. 2 seven eleven was jst walking distance. 2 bus company wintour and world bus station are nearby too. They provde free rental for bicycle with no extra charges. I used the bicycle to ride around sukhothai hostorical park for nearly 32 km in one day.
Bicycles well maintained. Some wih baby chairs. Breakfast are good. There are breads milk coffee fried rice fried vege/braise pork with eng n tofy, my favourite minced pork porridge, and fruits served are very fresh n sweet including passion fruits,mango,watermelon rambutan papaya. Laundry service 150b for one time charge. After check out we were given souvenir too a woven zip bag as shown. Room bed are cosy.pls dispose food properly in room or else will attract cockroach into your room haha. Sukhothai is a chill n relax yet historical place for those history lovers. The vibe and surrounding is even more calm the Ayutthaya.theh have specialized bicycles lane for bicycle rides along the historical park area.
Will definitely recommend this property to my friends who want to come visit sukhothai in budget spending."

"The hotel is a bit of a walk from Sukhothai Historical Park, but still within reasonable distance. Given that the sidewalks aren't in the best condition, taking a Grab might be more comfortable. This is a small, family-run hotel, which contributes to its very friendly atmosphere, and the staff speak English. They offer bike rentals, though at 180cm tall, I found them a bit small. Our room was clean, and the shower and toilet worked without any issues. While the hotel doesn't serve meals, there are several local eateries nearby. Plus, the gas station next door has a convenience store if you need to grab some simple food items."

"A lovely green hotel with a scenic pond, large swimming pool, and lush landscaping full of flowers, trees, and birds. The atmosphere is peaceful and pleasant.
However, the rooms and amenities feel somewhat worn and not particularly fresh. The bar and front desk staff were friendly and helpful, but the spa was disappointing — the Thai massage was not good and significantly overpriced.
The hotel provides bottled drinking water in the room, but additional refills are charged, which feels unusual at this level.
Transportation logistics are also not ideal. Ride-hailing services are very limited in the area, and the hotel offered airport transfer at 1,300 THB, while a pre-booked Grab cost only 260 THB — a very large difference.
Overall, the stay was fine but inconsistent. The beautiful setting is a strong point, but some aspects need improvement."

"The bungalows are cozy and clean, breakfasts are same every day without much choice but the food is not bad. The hotel is away from the road so you’ll experience all the beauty of nature. There’s no food in the hotel, so prepare to travel if you want to eat. If you take a bicycle at the hotel, do not lose the lock as they’ll charge you 10$ for it. I felt as I was being ripped off but I might be mistaken (hate this feeling!) Will not stay here again perhaps because of this particular feeling."

"Although the facilities weren't top-notch, they had everything you'd expect, and at around 500 baht, it was considered quite good. Each room had a balcony, and it wasn't far from the city center. Toothbrushes and toothpaste weren't provided, but they were sold at the counter.
There was a breakfast bar; it wasn't extensive, but at least there was some, and it was complimentary, which was great."

"The room was clean and there was fan inside (no aircon). But it still wasn't fresh enough inside a room. It was too hot even with opened window. Bedsheet was clean as well but it was cheap made from polyester. Mattress was tough. They also offer a normal blanket (not just the second linen) and towel (also made from polyester). It was quiet in the room.
As for bath and toilet it was kind of local one but it was also clean. There was kind of hot water (but it wasn't necessary because everywhere inside and outside was too hot), no any shampoo/shower gel but there was soup and toilet paper.
There was no any kettle in the room. Every time you need a hot drinking water you have to go to reception desk to have it. Internet connection was too much unstable and speed was too slow. I just almost had no possibility to use it.
Located in 5 mins walking distance from bus terminal and has an option for bike/motorbike rental.
The staff was accomodating and friendly."
