"The view from the room is great. They upgraded my room with no extra charges because of room malfunction. The staffs have very nice personalities and easy to communicate with. You could also leave your baggage there even after checking out (no charge) and pick it up any time. Just a bit concerning there are 2-3 little bugs or cockroaches(?) coming in & out of the sink area but other than that I had a great experience with this hotel and it is also along Session Road which is near SM Baguio and restaurants/coffee shops as well."

"Solid stay, but front desk service could be more consistent I’d give this Microtel a thumbs up for cleanliness and convenience. Being walking distance to Victory Liner made our spontaneous trip much easier. The room was tidy, the breakfast was worth it, and the free coffee in the lobby was a lifesaver. A tip for travelers: Book online! The walk-in rates were significantly higher. Also, while most staff were great, our check-in inquiry felt a bit cold—first impressions matter, regardless of how ”haggard” a traveler might look after a long trip. Lastly, don't expect to stream movies as the TV is basic. Overall a nice stay, but a bit more warmth at the front desk and a tech upgrade would make it 5 stars."

"The hotel was good. The only issue I had was the TV on my room was broken before I checked in. I had to report it right away to avoid getting charged. Overall, its a nice hotel but just be wary that its located on a very steep slope so it takes a huge effort just to go back and forth to the city center. The food is great. I would really recommend the massage spa. Its a must try!!"

"We stayed at NYC Manhattan Suites from May 11–16, 2026 and overall had a very pleasant and comfortable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly and were consistently friendly, respectful, and accommodating throughout our stay. Their hospitality made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a relaxing place to rest after a long day of exploring Baguio. We appreciated the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel since it was away from the busy and crowded areas, making it ideal for guests who want a quiet and relaxing stay. The surroundings also added to the calm and cozy feeling of the place. We also enjoyed the food and appreciated the services and amenities provided during our stay. The overall environment was pleasant and suitable for families, friends, or anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay while visiting the city. Not to mention the cute and handsome staff who had such beautiful smiles that really made me feel kilig every time I saw him 😊 I didn’t even get to ask for his name because I was too shy to ask lol. Thank you to the management and staff for making our May 11–16 stay enjoyable and memorable. "I booked my stay at Ion Hotel Baguio through Trip.com, and overall, it was a convenient and decent experience for a Baguio trip. The booking process on Trip.com was smooth and hassle-free. Everything was clearly indicated, from confirmation details to check-in instructions, so I didn’t encounter any issues upon arrival. As for the hotel, the location is definitely one of its biggest strengths. It’s very close to popular spots like Burnham Park and SM Baguio, which made it easy to walk around and explore the city."

"We had a wonderful 3-days stay at Lee boutique hotel. The atmosphere feels homey and welcoming, making it easy to settle in right away. The rooms and bathrooms are spotless, with fresh sheets and towels, which added to the comfort. I especially appreciated that the TV comes with Netflix, perfect for winding down after a day out. Our room also had a AC, a balcony with a lovely view, which made mornings and evenings extra enjoyable. The staff were consistently kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Their warmth really elevated the experience. The only downside I noticed was that the bathtub can be a bit slippery, so guests should be cautious."

"We enjoyed our stay in Azalea in Baguio. The food is also great! I’m glad I found a good deal in Trip.com site. Good location but hope they would put up a fitness center. They have spacious parking unlike other hotels. The staff are also accommodating. Thank you for being part of my family’s New yeae vacation. I wish we could have booked earlier."

"I had requested an upgrade at the hotel I stayed at the previous night, as there was an available room. So, I asked the previous hotel if they would match the price, given that the room would remain empty without me. Unfortunately, they didn't agree, and I ended up finding a spot at Chalet Baguio. Their room rate was lower than the previous hotel's after the upgrade, so I decided to stay at the chalet instead. Even though I booked at very short notice (about an hour before), I took a taxi, arrived at reception, showed my reservation, and after a few signatures, I was escorted to my ground-floor room. There's a five-minute temporary parking area outside with an attendant directing traffic and allowing your taxi to park for as long as needed. The room is spacious and has a lovely mountain view, only obscured by the typical mountain pines. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff are kind and well-trained. The next morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the room behind reception. The location was very convenient for getting to the bus station and back to Manila; it only took me ten minutes by taxi."

They consistently greeted us warmly whenever they saw us, which made the atmosphere feel very welcoming and comfortable. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which had a satisfying selection of food every morning. Our room was clean, cozy, and complete with amenities, making our stay relaxing and convenient. It’s nice to come back to a hotel that maintains its quality and service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Baguio."
