"Great location, this is my second time staying here. It's an easy 800-meter walk from where the bus drops you off coming from Manila. It's also within walking distance of the commercial center, which is very convenient. I really like this place; even the budget rooms have windows with a view."

"Stayed for 2 nights at Sotogrande Baguio and had a wonderful experience. We arrived a bit early before the check-in time, and the receptionists, Ms. Kiev and Ms. Mar was very accommodating and honest in updating us about the room status. Since the room was still being prepared, we decided to have lunch first at the restaurant. Ms. Jo from the restaurant was also very attentive and helpful in taking and serving our orders. What truly stood out was when Ms. Kiev personally went to the restaurant just to hand over our room key once the room became available. Such a simple yet thoughtful gesture was highly appreciated. Kudos to the entire Sotogrande Baguio staff for the excellent hospitality and special shout-out to “Boss D” of the F&B Department. Thank you for making my birthday get-away more comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended!"

"We stayed at NYC Manhattan Suites from May 11–16, 2026 and overall had a very pleasant and comfortable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly and were consistently friendly, respectful, and accommodating throughout our stay. Their hospitality made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a relaxing place to rest after a long day of exploring Baguio. We appreciated the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel since it was away from the busy and crowded areas, making it ideal for guests who want a quiet and relaxing stay. The surroundings also added to the calm and cozy feeling of the place. We also enjoyed the food and appreciated the services and amenities provided during our stay. The overall environment was pleasant and suitable for families, friends, or anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay while visiting the city. Not to mention the cute and handsome staff who had such beautiful smiles that really made me feel kilig every time I saw him 😊 I didn’t even get to ask for his name because I was too shy to ask lol. "The hotel is in a convenient location, especially for travelers using Victory Liner. You need to walk up and down some hills to reach SM City Baguio and Session Road, but I didn't find it too difficult. The room showed some signs of age, but it was clean and the bed was neatly made. I also appreciated the shared area, where they provided not only a water dispenser but also complimentary instant coffee. My bus back to Manila was a late-night departure, so I asked if I could wait in the lobby. The staff smiled and said, ”Of course! You can also use the Wi-Fi if you need it.” Their hospitality was excellent, and they made me feel very welcome. I would happily stay here again."

"Not bad for the price, the owners are accommodating and friendly. Good if you're on a budget and solo traveler. Location wise, strategic since everything you might need and/or want to visit are walking distance BUT if you mind market smell and noise, this might not be the place for you."

"Value for money. Very convenient location, very helpful and couteous staff, excellent breakfast, which was a bonus since it came with the room. Will surely stay here again. Btw, although the hotel is facing session road, hotel entrance is not along session but along mabini street. Also, there is no lift to the reception so you need to take the stairs, about 15 steps."

Everything was clearly indicated, from confirmation details to check-in instructions, so I didn’t encounter any issues upon arrival. As for the hotel, the location is definitely one of its biggest strengths. It’s very close to popular spots like Burnham Park and SM Baguio, which made it easy to walk around and explore the city."

"This is our 2nd time staying here, what we love here is the location of their place coz it's just walking distance to SM, Session Rd and Night Market / Burnham park super accessible. I just hope that they'll improve some parts of the room like more place to hang clothes too. But overall the place is worth it. Near din to dun sa Hill Station which we had our anniversary dinner last Friday June 12."
