"Dear Trip, The house is very good, and we had a pleasant stay. In terms of communication, the team responded quickly, which we appreciate. However, we hope there can be better awareness of the surrounding situation. During our journey before arrival, several roads were closed due to a mall event. When we asked for alternative routes, we were informed that there was no information about the road closure, even though we had shared photos showing police and guards blocking the roads. This situation caused us some panic, as we were stuck in heavy traffic with no clear direction. It would be helpful if the team could provide reassurance and practical guidance in such situations—for example, advising us that we could approach the guards to open the cones as we were guests checking in. Guidance like this would have helped reduce our stress. Thank you."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept well every night. The staff were professional and always ready to help. The location is excellent, with easy access to restaurants and public transport. "Really pleasant stay, with beautifully designed interiors and rooms. The entire hotel, from the lobby to the hallways to the rooms, look new, stylish, and aesthetically pleasing. Unfortunately I didn’t take too many photos to capture this, except one of the bed (with AI to remove people inside the photo). The exterior of the hotel is nicer than the trip.com photos make it look 🙃 The room was comfortable, with soft yet substantial pillows and a mattress for people who prefer firmer beds. Points for improvement would be a small number of available power outlets in the room, and a big lack of counter space in the toilet to place toiletries, make-up etc. Last but not least, service was very quick and friendly. Great place for a comfortable stay away from the bustle."

"The hotel is good and worth the price. It has a self check-in machine, so you’ll need to check in by yourself, and cash is required for the deposit. An access card is needed to enter the hotel after 10 p.m. The only downside is that there’s a club opposite the hotel—during my stay, some drunk people were making noise around midnight, which made it difficult to get a good rest."

"I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Honestly, this is one of the worst hotels I have ever experienced in my life. First of all, the bed is unbelievably hard — it feels more like sleeping on a wooden board than a mattress. On top of that, the air conditioning is extremely noisy, making it almost impossible to fall asleep or stay asleep throughout the night. What made it even worse is the pillows. They are excessively hard and uncomfortably high, causing serious neck discomfort. I genuinely do not understand how any guest is expected to get a proper rest under these conditions. No convenient store or minimart near to the hotel unless you drive to opporsite road, but no worries as there is vending machine at hotel lobby if you need to get some drinks or snacks. Fast check-in, room is clean and spacious. The room isn't well soundproofed, if you're sensitive to noise, you can bring your own earplugs."

Wondering why cant wait till we check out the next day. I mean they could have asked for payment during check in. Customer service should learn manners at least And we got 1st level room, the inconvenience we had was the noise and also the room stinks. Overall it was okay and didn't want to make a big fuss about it as we are staying for a night."
