"Nice hotel about 8 mins walk from the train station. The room is nice, the bathroom is clean and has all the necessary amenities although if it is bigger, it would have been better. The staff is helpful and friendly. We recommend this hotel to people going to Kluang."

"Exterior looks run down, but glad the interior is well kept and clean. Need to take starts up to the lobby. (thank god no luggage carry) Room is pleasant, clean except the pillow is to high and hard. Area at night is pretty quite and male environment. Felt safe though. Alot of eateries , massage and e iconic Kluang Bridge was jus a walking distance."

"No local TV channel, no water bottle in the room, only a jar to get filtered water at the ground floor from a Coway dispenser. No closet no chair. Room size is small. Walking corridor is narrow. Coffee and tea are provided but u need to bring your own glass to ground floor. There’s a gym room. Office space."

Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping the room and common areas spotless throughout our stay. Toiletries, including bathroom slippers, were thoughtfully provided. The room was clean, neat, and functional—nothing premium, but perfectly acceptable for a short stay. The shower facilities were also clean and decent, and the hotel itself appears relatively new, which helps maintain a good overall standard. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. My request for early check-in was not accommodated, and the luggage storage arrangement raised some concerns. Guest bags were placed in an open area beside the counter, with different staff attending to guests at different times. This made the process feel less secure, as it seemed easy for anyone to access or claim a bag without much verification. That said, considering the price point, I don’t have major complaints. If you’re looking for a simple, budget-friendly stay—especially if your main purpose is just to have a place to rest (e.g. before or after a hike)—this hotel does the job. For future visits to Kluang, I might explore other options for comparison, but overall this was an acceptable stay for what it offers."

"This was my first time in Kluang, and it was a unique experience! The surrounding area was so comfortable and natural, with a lovely breeze. There's a golf course nearby and a fruit orchard on the hill behind. The room was very clean, and the bed and duvet were so comfortable I didn't want to leave. I'd definitely stay here again! The front desk staff were also very friendly and provided great service. ♥"

"Good value for money. The hotel is located in town and the price is quite affordable compared to other options in the area. As a newly opened hotel, everything was clean and well maintained. One thing to note is that solo female travelers may not feel completely comfortable depending on the time of day and surroundings. That said, if you’re visiting mainly for the food and sightseeing, this is a practical and budget-friendly place to stay."

"Just on the edge of the center area. Connected by a bridge to Kluang Parade mall. Reception on the 1st level. Booked a single room. Easy check in /out and require a RM50 deposit which was returned on check out. Room was a bit worn with wear and tear but was clean. Aircon was cold. Hot water for shower was not adjustable and way too hot for shower so use only cold water to shower which was ok in the hot weather. Kettle in the room but no coffeee/tea provided. Overall was still comfortable for me. Budget price so u get what it's worth."
