Surrounding the hotel is convenient to many shopping mall and restaurant. But the hotel walk in rate is cheaper than the trip.com. Hotel room rate photo attached.
Will trip.com refund me the differences.

Clean compact room, only down part is own parking. Have to park on the public parking which is hard to come by.

This hotel has a mini fridge which is great. Not much space to walk in room. Shower is great compared to other hotels nearby. Location very convenient!

The first thing that i will concern about whenver i have a stay is the safety and the cleanliness. The cleanliness is satisfying and also for safety so far i didnt experience any unsafe incident.

It's my first time going to Kluang and of course first time staying in Imperial Hotel.
As Kluang is a small town, the location of the hotel is quite alright. Just across from 24hr McDonald's.
Check in was fast as I'm the only one checking in that time.
It's a small hotel and I didn't use any facilities or ordered hotel food.

My choice of hotel whenever I visit Kluang. Right at city center and has 7-11 just below the hotel. Pizza and McDonalds outlets just opposite the hotel though they are not 24 hours. Room size is adequate and basic needs are met.
