"Close to Si Hom Market, there's a lot of food variety at night. The room was good, new, clean, and stylish, definitely good value for money. The location is excellent. Breakfast was served individually. The bathroom was nice, and the AC was cold. Coffee, tea, and drinking water were provided. I'm deducting 1 point because the Wi-Fi kept cutting in and out."

"We are a family of 3 staying in 1 room and had a great time. The service was impeccable, staff were always polite, helpful, willing to help and always went over the top for us. Special shout out to Aiy, and the duty supervisor whom we didn't get the name of. The restaurant service at Origin was amazing. We want to give a special mention to May, Kitty and Zaiy who've helped us with organizing vegetarian food and going & beyond to make us feel so special! 10/10 would recommend to those looking for a centrally located hotel and are keen to indulge themselves a bit."

"We had a wonderful experience at the Riverside Hotel. The check-in process was very smooth and efficient, and the staff were extremely friendly from the moment we arrived. They kindly helped us with our luggage, which made everything even more comfortable. The room was modern, spotless, and very well maintained. The bed was especially comfortable, and we slept very well during our stay. Breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of Western, Lao, and other Asian dishes. There was something for everyone, and everything was fresh and delicious. We also really appreciated the hotel’s location, conveniently situated near the night market, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. Highly recommended. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, right above the Vientiane Night Market. While river view rooms are an option, there's really no need to pay extra. The room overlooks the Mekong River at its dry season level, which means there's no actual view – just a desolate stretch of weeds. The hygiene is concerning; the unknown stains on the sofa were disgusting, and I avoided sitting on it throughout my stay."

"The location is super convenient! Right next to the Bank of China, and only a 2-minute walk to Parkson. It's also easy to get a taxi from here! Would I stay here again next time? Definitely. You can even see the river view. Some of the staff speak Chinese, which is a plus. You can't compare this to hotels back home; for local standards, it's really good. Breakfast was decent and enough to eat."

"This is a high-standard chain hotel. I regularly travel to Vientiane, so I’m quite familiar with the common challenges faced by large hotels here—especially when it comes to staff quality, which often doesn’t match the standards of big hotels in other countries. However, this hotel is making a noticeable effort to address that issue. While it’s not perfect yet, you can still clearly feel the luxury and overall standard of the property. In terms of cleanliness, aesthetics, and organization, there’s nothing to complain about. The hotel maintains a solid 5-star standard. The property feels very new, and it comes with modern technology—USB-C ports and wireless charging are available in the rooms. Breakfast exceeded expectations. Similar to the staffing issue, many large hotels here tend to struggle with maintaining consistent food quality. But here, everything passes—taste, ingredients, and variety are all on point. It feels comparable to staying at Holiday Inn properties in Thailand, which are known for their high standards."

"This was my last of 3 one-night stays here and I arrived late, about 10.20pm as I took the last train from Luang Prabang. A staff member welcomed me when I got off my car ride and offered to take my bag. I think I had a free upgrade as the room was bigger than what I stayed for my 2nd visit but again the power sockets were not near the bed but at the entrance and dressing table. Tried their toast and hot chocolate and it was a simple but nice breakfast (can't really expect anything for the price of the room). :)"

"This hotel is practically brand new, having just opened in January. The facilities are excellent, and both the manager and front desk staff are incredibly kind and genuine. The front desk even taught us how to order takeout, though we didn't end up using it in the end – apparently, only Mixue Ice Cream was available at the time. 😂 The manager's recommendation for Khop Chai Deu was absolutely spot on. The hotel pool is a great photo op. Airport transfers are handled by a small minibus. Of course, the free self-service laundry, a well-known feature of the All Seasons chain, is also available. However, in the evenings, I often saw what were likely freeloaders with two suitcases, three laundry baskets, and occupying three dryer slots – some local residents. I really hope the hotel can manage this better."

"I had a really pleasant stay overall and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for the value. The front desk staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. The woman at reception was so kind and made check-in feel easy and comfortable, which I really appreciated after traveling. The property itself is beautiful—the pool area is a standout. It’s well-designed, relaxing, and honestly one of my favorite parts of the stay. The room was also a great size, with plenty of space to feel comfortable without feeling cramped. Also it was an 8 -12 minute ride to the airport (depending on the time of day) which made it super easy to get to. There are also a lot of good food options nearby. I found myself going back to one restaurant, The White Elephant, multiple times—it had a great vibe, good music, food, and drinks. Breakfast was included at the hotel and had a mix of Asian and Western options—things like eggs, toast, fruit, and juices. It was simple but did the job. If you're someone looking for a more customizable or traditional Western breakfast (like bacon, made-to-order eggs, etc.), you might want to go out, but I found it perfectly sufficient. One morning they even had a pasta dish that was surprisingly delicious. The only area for improvement would be cleanliness. The shower door looked like it hadn’t been deep-cleaned in a while, and I noticed some staining on the mattress pad under the sheets. It didn’t ruin my stay, but it’s something that could easily be improved and would make a big difference. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here. The staff, the pool, and the location made it a great experience, and I would absolutely consider staying again."

"Hotel is so close to airport around 7 mins walk plus the ambiance of hotel was fantastic. It's clean and beautiful old hotel. Carpet was annoying with luggage but other than that enjoyed my stay. They have free shuttle service and breakfast which is good. Also It's conveniently located close to restaurant and grocery stores. Highly recommended if looking for a place to stay for an early flight back home."
