"I came to Jeju Island to watch a football match, and this hotel was my top pick after a lot of searching. Its location is great; you can take bus 600 directly there and it's just a few hundred meters walk. There are a lot of Western tourists, and the front desk service is excellent. The ocean view rooms have balconies with amazing views. The facilities are quite comprehensive, and it has a cozy vibe. There are also some coffee shops and small restaurants nearby. It's not far to walk to the city center or the Olle Market. The only downside is that the hills in Seogwipo can be a bit tiring to climb. Seobok Park is also right next door, and the beach isn't far either. The price is also fantastic value. Highly recommend this place when you're in Seogwipo."

"The environment is absolutely stunning! The ocean view room offers an incredible vista, with a huge lawn and swimming pool downstairs where K-Pop music is playing... It's an old-school five-star hotel, and the service is excellent too. The only minor downside is that the bathroom facilities are a bit dated, but honestly, for that amazing view, it's totally acceptable."

"Located in the middle of Seogwipo. Room was decent in size but all basic amenities are available. They have functional ac which was essential to me😂 if you’re taking public transport, there’s bus stop right in front of the hotel. There’s very minimal car park around the hotel but they’re nearby public car park (about 8 min walk). I wish they told us in the booking in advance so i dont have to circle around many times and just park there. There’s supermarket nearby and you can walk around the area to find food street and other shops/restaurant. Overall, its pretty decent hotel to stay in Seogwipo"

"The hotel is located halfway up the mountain, offering fresh air and a decent swimming pool. You can explore the immediate vicinity around the hotel, and the guest rooms are spacious. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus, but the timings and routes weren't convenient for me. I ended up taking taxis to get around, luckily Uber was available. There's only one restaurant, and I tried both breakfast and dinner, neither of which I'd recommend. The view from my room wasn't great; the hotel's main entrance on the left blocked a significant portion of the view, which felt a bit depressing during my week-long stay. Overall, the experience was alright."

"I came to Jeju for a 3-day relaxing getaway, and this hotel exceeded all my expectations. My main criterion when choosing a hotel was having a swimming pool, as I really wanted to swim but wasn’t sure whether the sea would already be warm enough. The rooftop pool was perfect for both swimming and relaxing after my hike up Hallasan. The views of the ocean were stunning, and on my first evening I was even able to watch fireworks over Saeyeongyo Bridge directly from the pool. The location is excellent, especially for travelers without a car. I do not have a driver’s license and relied entirely on public transportation during my stay. The hotel is surrounded by bus stops, and I was able to reach Hallasan and Jeju Airport by limousine bus without transfers. The airport bus stop is almost right in front of the hotel entrance. My room was clean and well-equipped with everything I needed, including slippers, towels, bathrobes, and toiletries. The view from the room was beautiful, overlooking the park, waterfalls, the ocean, and Saeseom Island. The hotel also has a CU convenience store, a yoga room, and a fitness center. Breakfast is available as a buffet with a mix of Korean and Western dishes. Even though I arrived close to the end of breakfast service, there was still plenty of food available and I was able to put together a well-balanced meal. What impressed me most was the kindness of the staff. I asked one of the receptionists for recommendations on beaches and seafood restaurants, and she kindly printed out a detailed list that the hotel staff had prepared specifically for guests. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Jeju."

"This hotel is perfect for a family vacation with young children. There's a Teddy Bear Museum nearby, and the garden pool is great for kids to play in. The Starbucks on the rooftop offers beautiful views. The hotel also has a convenient store, which is very handy. It's about a 20-minute walk to the beach."

"Enjoyable stay and centrally located in Seogwipo. Free parking facility is available for sedan cars within the hotel premises. The hotel management should consider upgrading its pillows into better quality ones to further improve customer experience. Room as per the hotel's images. "This resort is located southwest of Jeju Island, about an hour and a half by taxi from the airport. Drivers here tend to drive quite slowly, usually around 80 km/h at most. The taxi fare was a bit over 38,000 won. Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire resort and the speed is excellent. We booked a family room for two adults and one child, which had one double bed and one single bed – perfect for a family of three. The room was very new and clean, and it was cleaned once a day. Toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, but everything else is. There are three hotels in the resort: Marriott, Landing, and Shinhwa. I think Shinhwa is the best place to stay because it's close to the pool, the food street, and the theme park. Our room package included three theme park tickets. Each ticket allowed us to enjoy three rides, so a total of nine rides was more than enough for our child to experience everything. It also included admission for three to the water park. One visit to the water park simply isn't enough; there are so many attractions, it's incredibly fun!"

"This hotel was really near with Seogwipo Olle Market and there is Kyochon nearby. Also, there is 24-hour GS25 on the lobby level, laundry area, and also you can find a small souvenir corner that selling aesthetics things. Unfortunately there is no bidet in the toilet."

"This resort is great, the environment is lovely, and there are various styles to choose from. The Korean-style villa is very spacious, and the underfloor heating keeps it toasty warm. The Royal Suite has a private outdoor hot spring, which is quite comfortable, but it takes a long time to fill up. There aren't many staff at the hotel, so you'll have to carry your own luggage. However, the minibar in the room is complimentary and restocked regularly. I recommend avoiding rooms near the restaurant, as they play music at 6 PM, which isn't ideal for light sleepers. Everything else is good though! 👍"
