"The hotel is at the best location, next to the train station. While looking for something to eat would require some walking around 400 -1000m, its managablr. The room is normally small. A big luggage mught struggle. The public bath is good, with a single large tub. The breakfast is standard japanese styles dishes, no made-to-order counter for eggs."

"The hot spring temperature was just right, making it easy to get in, and it was great to be able to relax in the in-room bath! The room was also incredibly clean and stylish, and most importantly, spacious! It was also very practical and simply standard! The meals, both dinner and breakfast, were both visually stunning and delicious♪ Since my only option for a relaxing trip was to enjoy a hot spring, I was very satisfied. It seemed like there weren't many guests staying that day, but that made it feel like we had the place to ourselves, just as a family, and the staff were all very kind and pleasant. For those who want to really relax without a packed schedule, I recommend the hotel, as you can enjoy the spa and gym to the fullest! However, I did think it was a bit lacking that there were only two chairs and two hair dryers in the bathroom..."

"The hotel is not close to the subway station, but a shuttle bus is available, so you can get to the hotel as long as you hurry. The hotel breakfast and dinner are very delicious, and the hot spring and sauna are also very comfortable. The sauna has herbal packs with a mild scent. The room environment is also very clean. Overall, I am very satisfied with this experience."

"Location: it was a 15 minutes walk from the JR station and when we left the hotel, they had a free shuttle service. The hotel is next to the famous gate and a tofu ice cream dessert place which was great.  Food: dinner and breakfast inclusive hotel room, both were fantastic  Rooms: clean and big  Onsen: it was a bit small but did have an outdoor onsen, there was no water dispenser so cannot hydrate afterwards"
