Central Hotel Takeoonsen Ekimae
"The hotel's location is super convenient, right across from the South Exit of JR Takeo-Onsen Station! Check-in is after 3 PM, and the staff are very welcoming. There's a main building and an annex, and you use your room key card to access your room. At the front desk, you can find free toothbrushes, coffee, bath towels, and wooden combs. It's a shame they don't offer small packets of skincare products. Also, drinking water isn't provided in the room! There isn't a convenience store right outside the hotel, but there's a small supermarket inside the JR station. Breakfast is a simple buffet with both Japanese and Western options; the milk is delicious! The annex on the 8th floor has a public bath and a laundry room, and the rooms are quite spacious. You can borrow bicycles from the front desk to get around. Overall, it's a great stay!"
URARI TAKEO Garden Terrace Spa Resorts
"A very relaxing place and if you need a peaceful and restful holiday, I would recommend this place. They are away from busy shopping or town so you practically just relax while you there and enjoy the hot spring."
Kyotoya
"The renovated twin room is overall very good, spacious and very Japanese style, but the bath room is very small which i think is a wasted for such big room with unused space"
Personal Hotel You
"It is very close to various attractions and can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. However, the rooms are old and damaged and the sound insulation is poor."
Yumotoso Toyokan
"The room is spacious and located close to tourist attractions. The dinner and breakfast are good. The reception staff take very good care of guests."
Hotel Shunkeiya
"The hotel is located next to the hot spring gate tower. It is said that the emperor stayed here. It is a relatively old Japanese hot spring hotel. There are only six rooms on the fifth floor, and the total number of guest rooms is probably about thirty. We were given a twelve-course kaiseki meal for dinner, which was relatively simple. There was a room on the same floor just for dinner. It was no different from eating in the room. All you had to do was book a time and go there. You didn’t have to go out after a tiring day. Looking for food is quite troublesome as there are hot spring hotels all around. The room is relatively spacious and can accommodate four people. We have one room for one person and another room for two people. Five or six pieces of luggage can be spread out. The room temperature is suitable. There is no bottled water, but there is a thermos kettle for ice water and a kettle for boiling water. , also very convenient. The room has its own toilet and bathroom. The hot spring on the seventh floor is not big, but there are not many people. There are almost no foreign tourists, but there are no towels to bring to the room. Breakfast is a normal Japanese set meal, so there is no problem in filling up. Except for a handsome man at the front desk who spoke very good English, almost none of the staff spoke English. They all relied on simple words and body language. The main supporting services were okay, and no major communication problems were encountered."
Ondhotel
"good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Okutakeo Onsen Kaze No Mori
"A golf cart is required to pick you up and drop you off at your room. The environment is beautiful and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and the outdoor hot spring is my favorite part. The food was varied and delicious during my three-day stay."
Nakamasu
"A hot spring hotel with more than 40 years of tradition, one stay and two meals. The dinner and breakfast of the two meals are very rich and taste very good. It is right next to the hot spring attractions. It is a very cost-effective hotel, but the hotel interior is always very old. Especially the carpet in the dining area on the second floor was very dirty."
