"This was a very nice hotel. The bed was very comfortable and had a large window which was great for letting the light inside. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The area was quiet. There was one tiny issue where I could hear a buzz noise from outside but that was blocked out when the television was on."

"I couldn't get a room at my usual hotel so I stayed here. It's right in front of Izumo Station and the shuttle bus to Izumo Airport is right in front of it. There are convenience stores nearby, Seven and Lawson, so you won't have any trouble having dinner at a nearby izakaya. The room was also very clean. There was a morning newspaper service in the elevator hall. There aren't many long-term stays, so there is no laundry, so I went to a coin laundry about a 5-minute walk away. They do dry cleaning. The only thing that bothered me about my stay was the shower curtain! It smelled like damp laundry, so I couldn't relax in the bathtub. I think they're busy, so even if it's impossible to dry it properly every time, I wish they could at least make it possible to change it. Other than that, it was really good. Also, you take the amenities you need from the lobby up, but It said that you can only have one per stay. I'm a woman, and I don't do much skin care, so one pouch of lotion and cream was enough for me to use morning and night, but I think it wouldn't be enough for someone who takes care of things properly. However, I realized that the location in front of the station is really convenient, so I'd like to visit again if I can make a reservation.^_^"

"I went here with my boyfriend during the golden week. There was a lot of people so the parking lot was limited and we were told that if we go out after check in, there’s a possibility of not getting a parking space when we returned. But In such case, they will pay as some money so I think it’s good enough. Overall was an-okay-stay."

"Everything was perfect! The staff was kind, helpful, and extremely efficient, as always in Japan. I loved the delicious ramen served in the evening, the relaxing onsen, the peaceful atmosphere, the impeccable cleanliness, and all the extra services included. The location is also very convenient, just next to the station. I would have loved to stay more nights, but unfortunately, there was no availability. I really hope to come back!"

"My stay at Hirata Maple Hotel was quite pleasant. The hotel boasts a prime location near major transportation hubs, making it easy to access various attractions. The room was spacious and bright, elegantly decorated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to completely relax. "Service: The service is still very good. Facilities: There are water dispensers and ice machines in the public area on the 1st floor, saving money for water purchases. The rooms are quite complete, but the air conditioner will be a bit noisy, and you can sleep with earplugs. Environment: Just opposite the jr Izumo Station, just across the road, it is very convenient to store luggage."

"The hotel is conveniently located on the right side of the Izumoshi Station exit, near the convenience store. The room was clean and close to the elevator, yet still quiet, with no train noise. From Okayama Station, take the Izumo train directly to Izumoshi Station. Overall, I was very satisfied."

"It is close to the station and easy to move. But as soon as you open the door, there is a steep staircase. It's hard for people with big luggage such as suitcases. The room is a private room, but it is a private room without a door and curtains. No amenities, no bath towels. There is one shower room. It is safe to bring valuables together because it is locked in the dressing room."
