"As it was a smoking room, each hotel location falls flat. But Washington was relatively good. The parking lot fee of 500 yen is also cheaper. Breakfast is 1,400 yen, which is a little expensive, but considering the quantity and variety, it's understandable. I was satisfied because I was able to stay there cheaply."

"The breakfast was delicious, there was a large public bath and an open-air bath, the view from the room was great, and the front desk staff were excellent. My only complaint was that even though it was a non-smoking room, the smell of cigarettes was unbearable, so I contacted the front desk. They changed my room. The smell was much less than in the first room, but it was still slightly noticeable. It seemed like the smell had soaked into the wallpaper. That was the only disappointing thing."

"I checked in 10 minutes early but the room was ready to check-in. The Staff were nice as they tried to communicate with me even though I’m not good at Japanese. The room was nice but when I was looking for an earphone case I had dropped underneath my bed, I found out that it was a little dusty down there. The breakfast was japanese-style which cost only 550 yen and it was delicious. I asked them not to clean my room during my stay so they just hung a new amenity bag at the door for the second night. I also had a chance to use the laundry and drying machines which worked fine. The hotel is near the Iwaki station so it was easy to get the bus and the train. I really enjoyed staying there."

"My plans suddenly canceled, so I made a same-day reservation on Trio.com. As it's in Yumoto, it's close to the public baths and the location is great. There's no problem with parking as there's a paid parking lot nearby. I was surprised to see that the walls of the bus were made of glass."

"This is my second stay. The response of the woman at the front desk is as good as ever. I used it again because it was cheap even though it had breakfast buffet. If you want to say, when you start cleaning up during the meal, you feel that you are not calm at all and are rushed, so I would like you to improve the start cleaning up at the same time as the reception ends at 8:45. The customer's feeling is quite different just by getting them to start cleaning up 15 minutes later. At the front desk, the reception ends at 8:45 until 9:00. While the guide is that, it's a little bit that the cleaning starts from 8:45 ... Other customers came in before 8:45, but they said, ”I'll start cleaning up in 2.3 minutes, but can I eat it? Then take it quickly.” I thought it was amazing. Also, the bread was hard. When I cleaned it up, I was in a plastic bag on the spot, even though I should have done it in the kitchen, so I thought. Then I'm worried about hygiene. You can have one drink at the front desk, but now there are many hotels with free drinks, so I thought it was only one cup ... Also, don't you need posters such as ”Let's keep social distance” anymore?"
