"The room was clean, the staff at the front desk were very friendly, parking was free, and they would assist with parking after you handed the key to the front desk. The location was excellent, with many good izakayas (Japanese pubs) downstairs. The room wasn't large, but it was sufficient."

but there are things you can improve.
the curtains are short and they allow light in, you need blackout curtains!
for some people tge totel is probably too minimalistic: a minimal welcome kit, an empty lobby where you dont feel comfortable even to talk (because you can break the silence).
a welcome kit is scarce - only one tea bag (not a selection of tea, no coffee bag), (you could add cotton pads, cotton swabs, skincare kit). but they supply you with a bottle of water every day - thank you.
the garment quality that you need to have on when you visit the bath on the 10th floor is not a good quality.
the toilet seat is cool but lots of excessive functions you never use, it makes some noise voluntarily any time, and always when you pass by it. it' s too sophisticated and it consumes too much electricity - wasteful and not eco-frindly.

"A common problem in most hotels in Japan, the rooms are too small and the facilities are at the level of seven days at home, but there are not many choices in this place. The location of the hotel is good. Just get off the bus and eat nearby. Supermarkets and convenience stores are not far away."
