"Great location between the train station and the Christmas market (main town). The morning-shift staff made me feel a little uncomfortable, they didn’t allow me to bring my small luggage into the breakfast room which I understood, but afterward two men (different time/room) were allowed to bring their checked luggage and sat right next to me that made me wonder why.. But despite that, the stay was really good"

"The hotel is under renovation... not mentioned when booking, a bit dissapointing. And during our stay, there is equipment for the worker but I don't see anybody working at all... confusing."

"The hotel's location was good, but you need to reserve parking in advance. Since I was late, there was no parking available, and I had to park 500 meters away in a paid parking lot. It was a 15-minute walk to the hotel. The hotel is located right in the city center, which is a nice spot. Because it's a new hotel, they sent me back and forth to my room a couple of times as they had given me the wrong key card and hadn't loaded it into the system."

"The hotel was conveniently located near the station, which made it easy to travel between different cities. I really appreciated that the toilet and bathroom were separate in the room, making my stay more comfortable. The front desk staff were all very pleasant. The breakfast, however, was a bit underwhelming. It was a shame there weren't many restaurants nearby for dinner, but if you're only planning to sightsee within Strasbourg, it shouldn't be an issue."

"Overall, the hotel met expectations. It's a budget option, but everything is clean and tidy. It's close to the train station. The only downside is that my windows overlooked a street with a tram. It's also noisy on that street until late at night. With the windows closed, the noise is practically nonexistent, but you can hear the tram. Next time I'm in Strasbourg, I'll stay here again."

"I always wanted to stay in this hotel since it is right next to where I leave and we used to Go to the bar time to time to have drinks yet I am a bit disappointed. The location is absolutely perfect but I find the staff not very communicative and the cleaning a bit avarage."

"This was a convenient and affordable hotel for us to stay at when we visited over Christmas. We would compare it to a university dorm experience but at least it is close to the train station (10 minute walk) and not too far away from the old town area (10-20 minute walk to most major attractions). The hotel breakfast is great if you like croissants and dairy products. There isn't much around the hotel and it is a bit of a walk to any stores or restaurants. There is a halal shop within a 5 minute walk so if you're here over Christmas that is convenient because most places are closed early Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The room had a decent bed that was larger than expected and it had two small pillows. The room also has a long desk area that has two closets for storage, a small TV and it was warm in December. There is a small kitchenette with a fridge, small microwave, a two burner hot plate, a kettle and enough dishes for the two of us. We appreciated that they provided a kitchen sponge and a small container of soap. When we got the room all the dishes were a little dirty so we had to do some cleaning up before dinner. The bathroom was where we got the biggest dorm vibes from because it was a bit smelly when we arrived and that might be due to the hot water tank that had a leaky PSV. The shower was a bit small and while the head was adjustable, the bar grip was broken so we couldn't keep the shower head up high. There was some brown goo inside the shower and it could use a more thorough cleaning to help with the appearance and all. We were surprised that the hotel rooms didn't have a hair dryer or bottle opener. The Alsace region is known for wine so we were able to get a nice bottle but we had to go to the front desk to borrow the opener. Hair dryers are available from the front desk but it is worth asking for these early to make sure you get one in case you need it. They had luggage storage behind the front desk that we were able to use when we arrived and the day we left so we could maximize our time sightseeing. Visiting Strasbourg was fantastic and we would recommend this hotel if you're looking to save a bit while travelling through the area. We were happy with our stay and chose it because it also had an affordable breakfast option but we may look elsewhere if we return to Strasbourg."

"The location is good. There are many restaurants nearby and a short walk to petite-france. It is a challenge to drive though. As we didn't know there's a need to make a reservation for parking, we got to park somewhere nearby and a walking distance away. Also, google Maps does not bring you to the front of the hotel, needs to do an illegal turn to get to the front of the hotel to unload luggage."

"The hotel was very good and satisfactory. We stayed here while attending a conference, and the breakfast was generally quite good, though the housekeeping seemed a bit unenthusiastic about their cleaning schedule."
