"Overall, it's pretty good. The location is excellent, with the Old Port and train station both within walking distance. The room facilities are quite basic, and breakfast is just average. However, the front desk service was very good."

"First, the positives: The breakfast was fantastic, and the coffee was great, which is a rare find at this price point. The room had a kettle, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! The hotel is a convenient 10-minute walk to the Old Port. The lobby offered free coffee and croissants. I was really worried about service staff in France only speaking French, but everyone at this hotel spoke excellent English. Now for the issues I encountered: Initially, I was given a room on the fourth floor. When I pulled back the covers, I found a significant amount of hair on the pillows, which seemed to be a mix of human and animal hair (this hotel is pet-friendly). Lifting the duvet revealed even more hair, making it seem like the cleaning staff hadn't changed the bedding at all. The front desk immediately offered me another room on the same floor. After moving my luggage, I still found a small amount of hair when I pulled back the covers in the new room. I then asked the front desk for a fresh set of sheets and duvet covers. They offered to move me again, this time to a room on the 6th floor. This room was much better, but the pillowcases had yellow stains on all four corners. I requested new pillowcases from the front desk and changed them myself. One minor concern: The hotel isn't on the main street and is a bit close to the train station, which made me slightly uneasy walking around at night."

"Lovely modern aparthotel Very clean and modern style rooms with large walk in shower, memory foam bed made for comfortable sleeping and the bed being a full side instead of two singles pushed together was a bonus compared to other hotels we have stayed in. The tv had option to connect Netflix which we found to fit the style of the room. The reception team were friendly and very helpful. The lobby was unique and different, plenty space to lounge with an array of different chairs/ couches to enjoy while you wait with lots of available charging ports nearby too. There was a pool area with a sauna and hammam, this was an additional €10pp to use for an hour but very nice facilities to use. We stayed in the panoramic sea view room and it was worth the view however there was construction so we couldn’t open the window or have the curtains back to enjoy the view properly. However if we return we would book again and would recommend to stay here 😊"

"The hotel is very basic, nothing special. Cleaning is good. Pros: The staff is very friendly, and compared to other hotels in France, we left the best impression possible. Cons: 1. The pillows are uncomfortable and high, making my neck hurt. 2. The shower leaks a little, with cracks in the walls and ceiling in places. The windows could do with a good cleaning. 3. The hotel is no-smoking, but unfortunately, some guests smoke, and the ventilation system lets a terrible smell into the bathroom. The breakfast is very basic. It would be better to have just boiled eggs, not this omelet-like mess."

"Very average for the price, cleanliness of the common areas limit... Very old room and bathroom without equipment (for my part without shower curtain..) I didn't know before arriving but the parking lot must be booked in advance (15€/d) otherwise impossible to put your car and the streets around meh meh The advantage would be the location... there is the Joliette metro at 50m"

"Very nice hotel,modern and clean,good size room with TV,kettle,coffee machine and safe for your more precious things.Very nice and clean bathroom with good shower.Lots of power connection and USB plugs.Great breakfast,really one of the best we had in hotels.Easy access from city center by subway,5 min walk from station.small gym is always a plus and swimming pool .helpfull and friendly staff"
