"After traveling through Guizhou, I stayed in various hotels in Guiyang and other places for a few days, and they were all decent. However, this hotel in Anshun was surprisingly the most hassle-free. Daisy upgraded my room to a Deluxe View King with a large balcony, offering a fantastic view of the mountains in the distance and the lawn below. Waking up in the morning and stretching out on the balcony really energized me. The balcony also had a bathtub, and soaking in hot water in the evening was very relaxing. A huge bonus was the laundry room, equipped with a dryer and laundry detergent. After a sweaty day exploring the sights, I could just throw my clothes in to wash, and they'd be ready to wear the next day. No need to pile them up and take them home, which is incredibly convenient for travelers. The front desk was also quick to respond to any requests. All in all, this Anshun hotel provided a comfortable end to my trip. In the evening, I even saw beautiful radiating twilight from the hotel's lawn, which was stunning."

"Highly recommended! This hotel offers exceptional value for money. The owner, a former designer, clearly put a lot of thought into every aspect of the hotel's design. The bedding and smart features are on par with what you'd find in a chain hotel. It's also very close to Huangguoshu Waterfall Scenic Area, and the owner even provides a business car for transfers, which was a huge plus!"

"This hotel is not far from Huangguoshu Scenic Area. The overall facilities are well-maintained, and the service attitude is good. The dedicated concierge was responsive. The breakfast was simple but filling. However, the shuttle service was a bit lacking. Since the hotel usually only has one vehicle for round trips between the hotel, the scenic area, and station transfers, the shuttle duties are quite heavy. Therefore, it's even more crucial to arrange the transfer order logically, especially for station drop-offs. On the morning of my second day, I had a reservation for Shuilian Cave from 8 am to 10 am, so I pre-booked the shuttle to the scenic area. But when I went down to get in the car, the front desk told me there were guests who needed to be dropped off at the station, and asked me to wait a moment, which I agreed to. On the morning of the third day, I had to catch a 10 am bus to Xijiang, so I specifically booked the shuttle for 8:20 am the night before. The concierge also confirmed my reservation. At 8:10 am on the third day, I contacted the front desk, and they replied that the driver was currently dropping off guests and would call me when he returned. At 8:15 am, we went downstairs early. The front desk then told me that there was a family ahead of me who hadn't booked but wanted to go to the scenic area, and because they were waiting earlier than me, I would have to wait. I informed them that I had booked the 8:20 am shuttle last night. The front desk acknowledged this but said they couldn't turn away guests who showed up. At this point, the problem was already evident. The hotel's website clearly states that shuttle service requires a two-hour advance reservation. Given this, shouldn't booked reservations be prioritized? The front desk then said that our two families could fit in one car and asked if we could go together, which I agreed to. However, because we were going in different directions, the other family clearly had no intention of letting us ride with them. The driver actually returned past 8:40 am. As soon as the car arrived, that family immediately rushed in and took the front seats. We had luggage, and the elderly person had difficulty walking, so it was impossible for us. The driver knew we were in a hurry to get to the station and tried to negotiate with them to let him drop us off first, but they refused to get out. At this point, the manager came out. After understanding the situation, he found another driver who finally took us to the station. He dropped us off at the Huangguoshu Tourist Center, and we arrived at the station around 9:50 am. We rushed over anxiously, only to be told we needed to go to another station to catch the bus. All this rushing left the elderly person exhausted. I had originally planned to arrive almost two hours early precisely because the elderly person had difficulty walking and I needed to factor in luggage and security checks, but I almost missed my bus due to the shuttle issue. I have two suggestions: 1. Since your website clearly states that shuttle service requires a two-hour advance reservation, this rule must be followed. You can prioritize booked guests and then have unbooked guests wait in line for the next available shuttle. 2. The front desk should allocate reservation times reasonably based on the round-trip duration of the vehicle, instead of telling guests the car is still en route when their reservation time arrives."

"We booked a room with a waterfall view, and to our surprise, the hotel's own waterfall viewing platform was right next to it. After spending the afternoon at Tianxing Bridge, we had dinner right there on the hotel's platform. The view was absolutely priceless; what we ate hardly mattered. We chose this hotel based on many guest reviews, knowing its advantages, but experiencing it firsthand truly saved us from unnecessary detours. The 'God's eye view' of the great waterfall is right outside the hotel's main entrance, to the right. It's less than a kilometer's walk, so there's no need to follow online guides suggesting you walk from Doupotang. If you have a reservation for Water Curtain Cave, head towards the great waterfall from the hotel's VIP通道 (VIP access). Don't buy the downhill elevator ticket, as this entire path is downhill and offers views you'd miss from the elevator. When you see the Water Curtain Cave sign halfway down the mountain, go there first. The exit of Water Curtain Cave leads you across a suspension bridge. If you're early enough and the staff haven't started their shift, you can cross the bridge directly to the bottom of the great waterfall for a front-on view. Once staff are on duty, reverse walking on the bridge is prohibited, so head towards the elevator. This path is flat. Walk to the elevator exit and then go down to the great waterfall. After enjoying the great waterfall, cross the suspension bridge towards the elevator and buy an uphill elevator ticket. If you want to return to the hotel, absolutely do not follow the park signs for the exit; that's the great waterfall visitor center, where you'd catch a bus to other scenic spots."

"This is an excellent hotel with a great design. The rooms are spacious and even have balconies. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. When I booked, I requested two adjacent rooms, and to my surprise, the front desk proactively told me they had arranged that for me before I even had a chance to ask. All the hotel staff are genuinely welcoming; from the moment we parked in the underground garage, a cleaning lady saw us with a lot of luggage and immediately helped us wheel it to the elevator. Housekeeping also brought us a fruit plate every day. Everyone, from the front desk to housekeeping and even the security guards, greeted us with a smile. It's definitely a hotel worth staying at."

"After days of research, I'm so glad I chose to stay within the scenic area instead of Anshun city. The ”blue hour” view from the rooftop observation deck was incredibly therapeutic. The hotel offers shuttle service to the visitor center from 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and the spacious business van was very comfortable. The driver even proactively asked us where we wanted to go and added us on WeChat for easy communication. Dining was also convenient; there are plenty of eateries just outside the hotel, or you can order in if you prefer. They even have a washing machine and dryer. The room itself was very spacious and excellent!"

"To this day, the hotel has not offered a solution. They only called me on a landline to ask if I was feeling better. On the day of check-in, the linens were fine. The next day, when we extended our stay, we asked for a sheet change. Around 10 PM, after getting ready for bed, I rested on the bed for about half an hour and developed a small patch of red bumps. I immediately contacted the front desk. Later, a female duty manager proactively contacted me. She didn't come to inspect the linens but directly asked if I had any requests to make. By 8 AM the next morning, both of my legs were covered in an allergic reaction. I contacted the front desk again, and a male manager came. He didn't proactively offer to move us to a different room. Even after we checked out – because my child also had a fever – we left around 3 PM. Apparently, the hotel's linens are laundered by a third party. As a result, they still haven't provided a solution to this day, saying they need to report it to their superiors. The last duty supervisor who called us just asked if the leg allergy had disappeared. The worst part of this trip was staying at a hotel that carries a five-star brand, only to have issues arise and receive continuous calls without any proposed solutions. I hope everyone avoids this place."

"Having worked in the hotel management industry for many years, I found this hotel to be excellent in terms of environment, cleanliness, and service. It was inconvenient to take my child to the Huangguoshu Waterfall Scenic Area, so the owner arranged for a car to pick us up and drop us off. After returning to the scenic area, we didn't want to go back to the hotel to retrieve our luggage, so after discussing it with the hotel front desk, a hotel staff member personally drove it to us. The service was truly excellent."

"The hotel's location is excellent; turn left outside, and you can catch a tourist bus to various scenic routes. The hotel itself is quite good, with a well-equipped gym and laundry room, and the breakfast is also decent. Five-star praise goes to the hotel's operations manager! We met him when our child was playing in the pool, and he gave us many great tips on how to explore the Big Waterfall and other fun and tasty spots nearby. We followed his advice: in the morning, we went to Tianxingqiao, then did the 'Little Yellow Duck' rafting. Around 4 PM, we visited the Big Waterfall and walked through the Water Curtain Cave. At the exit, we tried Gongding tea. Because rafting took up some time, we had to skip Doupotang, saving it for a night tour next time. Finally, at Visitor Center No. 2, we used our package ticket for the 'Fly Over Huangguoshu' experience. It was a perfect day, and we're very grateful for the suggestions!"

Environment: Lots of food options nearby, so no need to rush to the Second Tourist Center for meals. Service: The owner dropped us off at the First Tourist Center, which made getting to attractions and back to Anshun West very convenient. The hotel also stored our luggage for free. After a long day of sightseeing, I was exhausted and didn't want to go back to the hotel, so I contacted the owner, who enthusiastically helped us deliver our stored luggage to the First Tourist Center (it was the off-season, and I was charming!). In summary, it exceeded my expectations, and I'm extremely satisfied!"
