"We are couple from Hong Kong. We found the location of hotel is excellent. All the staffs of receptionist counter are very helpful, nice & wih good attitude. They all willing & can give us valuable tourist information. Special thanks to Miss 吳， the Manager. She is outstanding. Also, the ladies of housekeeping also provided us high standard services. Just one thing to improve. The setting of cleaning stuffs such as bath oil, shampoo & condition are not user friendly. We don't have energy to press the bottle. Anyway, we will stay it again & recommend my friends to stay there in future."

"Location: Superb location right in Yixing's new CBD, by Dongjiu Lake. It's incredibly convenient for dining and shopping with malls like Wanda Plaza and Baibian nearby. Yixing Museum, Art Gallery, and Poly Grand Theatre are all within walking distance. Dining Experience: The 60th-floor restaurant is an absolute must-visit! Breakfast offers a rich variety of options, and you can enjoy a panoramic lake view while you dine. The buffet is incredibly popular, attracting even local residents. It boasts a diverse selection of dishes, and the taste is excellent. Facilities: I highly recommend the indoor heated pool, which features a stunning glass ceiling and panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. The fitness center is also well-equipped. Service Quality: From the front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone was incredibly warm and enthusiastic, always ready to assist with any request. The service was top-notch, making the overall experience truly exceptional. Overall, my stay was excellent and it's perfect for both leisure and business trips."

"The ¥300+ double room with two breakfasts, bathtub, and swimming pool felt like a great deal. Everyone was very welcoming, check-in was smooth and quick, and they even gave the kids a small gift. We were especially grateful to Uncle Tan at the door, who helped us carry our luggage to the room and then helped us put it in the car when we left. Our trip to Yixing went very smoothly; we had a great time shopping and a comfortable stay. The only downside was the ¥48 breakfast for the kids, which was a little pricey, but the breakfast environment was excellent, and everything we needed was provided. The wontons were very tasty and delicious."

"The room was very spacious and comfortable, and surprisingly, they even had hand-drip coffee in it! What a delightful surprise! The only downside was that the lights at the sink and in the bathroom could only be switched on and off together, which was a bit inconvenient at night. There were charging stations in the parking lot, making it convenient for electric vehicles and drivers. It's very close to the Yaohan Department Store and not far from Tao Erchang Ancient South Street. Very convenient."

"The hotel is located outside the scenic area, so you'll need to take a shuttle bus. Parking can be a bit challenging on weekends, often requiring you to park a little further away. The hotel is quite large with many rooms, and it can be a long walk to the lobby – you might even get lost if you're not familiar with the layout! 😂 However, the hotel's ambiance is excellent, featuring various kiln-related elements. I highly recommend the complimentary travel photography offered by the hotel; the photographer did a wonderful job. The room itself is super spacious, with a large desk perfect for kids to do their homework. The bed was comfortable, and the first-round mini-bar offerings were very generous, along with welcome fruits. Breakfast was also rich and varied, and they even offer takeaway for children who haven't woken up yet, which is incredibly thoughtful. The staff are very enthusiastic, always ready to answer questions, and greet guests proactively. There are various parent-child activities available (like making purple clay pottery and catching crayfish), though these come at an extra cost if not included in your room voucher. While there was a minor hiccup with cleanliness, the subsequent handling of the issue was very satisfactory and easily forgivable."

It can be said that I have lived in the best experience (maybe I lived less hahahahahaha First of all, the hotel facilities are very good, from the hotel appearance to the lobby to the rooms, they are very nice and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious and delicious. The location is also satisfactory, close to the high-speed rail station, convenient to travel, 15 ～ 20min taxi from Tongguan Mountain, behind is Longbei Mountain (unfortunately did not go but very close to hear that the night tour is quite good) Everyone at the front desk is great! "This hotel is right by Dongjiu Lake, which was perfect for our morning runs along the lake! The room was very spacious, and our lake-view room offered beautiful scenery, making for a very comfortable stay. Parking and dining options nearby were also very convenient. The hotel breakfast was excellent, with healthy options like chicken breast, vegetables, and cheese. The staff were all very polite. We accidentally broke a glass, and when we informed the front desk at check-out, the first thing they asked was if we had cut our hand. Such thoughtful and humane care was truly touching!"

"Perfect stay experience beyond expectation, highly recommended! This stay at Yixing New Century Grand Hotel is perfect, impressive from details to service! Environment and facilities: The hotel is elegantly designed, the lobby is full of art, the rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is comfortable, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, and the supplies are complete. I especially like the floor-to-ceiling windows, which allow you to take in the beautiful city. The air conditioner is silent, and you can sleep well without being disturbed. Service quality: The front desk staff is enthusiastic and professional. They quickly checked in and upgraded the room type. The room response speed is very fast, and an extra set of towels is delivered within 5 minutes. The snacks for the night bed service every day are even more surprising!"

"The welcome fruit was a nice touch. All the hotel staff were very friendly. Our butler, Lisa, gave us some great tips for exploring, and we really appreciated her thoughtful care. The location is excellent, right in the town center, so it was easy to pop back and rest when we got tired from walking around. There's a dedicated hotel shuttle service. I used it once, departing from the hotel, and had to wait a bit in line. The duvet felt like a winter one? I set the A/C to 22 degrees, but it still got a bit warm in the middle of the night. I didn't feel comfortable asking the front desk for a thinner blanket (and wasn't sure if they even had one). Unfortunately, we didn't get to use the complimentary photography voucher because our itinerary was too packed, which was a bit of a shame. Overall, I'd still give it a high rating and would recommend it."

"The hotel offers the standard fares of the InterContinental brand, and prices are cheaper if booked on the day of arrival. It's relatively close to the city center. About 10 minutes from the train station. 20 minutes from Tao'erchang, Shushan, and Gu'nan Street. Further afield, it might take over half an hour. Taxis are readily available and quite convenient. The breakfast selection is too limited; there aren't even fried eggs."
