"Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. They reached out to us before the trip and helped to book transport from the train station to the hotel. Xiao Yun (小芸) from cust service even helped us secure tickets at discounted rate for the performance 'Impressions Liu San Jie'! The room is clean and well maintained, there is even a clothes drying rack in the balcony for those who wish to do their laundry. Overall experience was pleasant and the views from the hotel was spectacular. Not to mention close proximity to the Romance Park that is pack full of performances and activities. I left a jacket behind and Xiao Yun immediately contacted me and had it couriered to my next destination. Thumbs up to the great service!"

"This was my second stay at LS Guilin, once again, the hotel exceeded my expectations. It is truly one of the most beautiful and well-managed hotels I have stayed, and what makes the experience even more special is the exceptional team behind it. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean and simply wonderful. Its location is fantastic, right in one of the best areas of Yangshuo, making it an ideal base for exploring the area while still providing a peaceful and luxurious environment to return to. The breakfast is excellent, with a wonderful selection, and the afternoon tea is another lovely touch that adds to the overall experience. Victoria and Icey continue to deliver outstanding service. Their attention to detail, professionalism and genuine warmth make such a difference. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of and that my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. It is wonderful to return to a hotel and find the same exceptional level of service. I would also like to give special recognition to Ms. Jin, who helped me with my luggage and personally delivered my wine. She was always incredibly warm, friendly and welcoming. Her kindness and positive attitude made every interaction such a pleasure. Sweet girl! A big thank you as well to Ms. Rosie, who surprised me with a lovely gift during check-out. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a beautiful way to end my stay. She’s so lovely and always smiling. And I cannot forget Chocolate, the photographer! 📸 She was absolutely brilliant. She took some of the best photos for me and was incredibly patient, creative and helpful throughout the whole photoshoot. She made the experience so much fun and captured the hotel and the surrounding scenery beautifully. Mr. Kaysen also deserves a special mention. He was incredibly helpful when I needed assistance purchasing wine and went out of his way to make everything easy and convenient. His helpfulness and willingness to assist were greatly appreciated. The drivers and golf-cart team were also excellent — always friendly, punctual and professional, with clean and comfortable cars and golf carts. Their service made getting around the property and surrounding areas effortless. After staying here for the second time, I can confidently say that LS Guilin Yangshuo has become one of my favourite hotels in Yangshuo. The combination of the beautiful property, exceptional cleanliness, fantastic location, excellent food and, most importantly, the genuinely caring staff makes this hotel truly special. A huge thank you to the entire team, especially Ms Victoria, Ms Icey, Ms. Jin, Ms. Rosie, Mr. Kaysen, Ms Chocolate and the wonderful drivers and golf-cart team. "Clean and hygienic, with great service. They offer discounted tickets for various attractions, which are cheaper than buying them yourself. All sorts of services are available, and they even have electric scooter rentals, which is very convenient. I'll definitely come again next time!"

"The environment speaks for itself, just look at the pictures. It's definitely worth it; I had a very comfortable stay for several days. The view from the window was absolutely stunning. No need to go out, perfect for anyone looking for a hotel to just relax and unwind. The service was excellent, and there's a cafe on the ground floor where guests get a 10% discount. Even though it's a hotel coffee shop, the coffee is delicious! They also have Whiskey Sours, so you can enjoy a drink in the evening. They really pay attention to the details in their service, and I noticed they're quite meticulous about the public areas, which is really important. Some hotels don't focus enough on the design of their ground-floor common spaces."

The entire villa features a warm and elegant wooden design, and the extra-long balcony offers serene mountain views, perfect for escaping the city bustle and enjoying a slow-paced vacation. It's conveniently located near 'Impression Sanjie Liu'. The rooms are clean, and the service is attentive, making it suitable for both families and couples. If you're looking for a mountain and river retreat in Yangshuo, this place is just perfect."

"This time, my friend and I came to Yangshuo for a vacation, and we blindly picked this hotel, which turned out to be full of surprises! The location is right by the Li River, and it's just a 300-meter walk to West Street. In the evening, you can even stroll along the river, which creates a fantastic atmosphere. The breakfast on the first floor offers a wide variety of options, and there's also a wonderfully atmospheric Western restaurant on the fourth floor. Ordering a couple of drinks there at night, while enjoying the night view of the Li River, is incredibly relaxing. Overall, our stay was very comfortable, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Yangshuo!"

"The room is exactly as good as it looks in the photos. Opening the automatic curtains in the morning to reveal the breathtaking panoramic view of the limestone hills is an unforgettable experience and something everyone should have on their bucket list. The location is excellent. Not only does it offer spectacular views, but it is also more convenient than we expected. A small private ferry operates throughout the day, taking guests across the river to the city. Alternatively, you can enjoy a scenic 30-minute walk across the bridge, which offers incredible panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. DiDi (China's Uber) is also readily available and costs only around 20 yuan to reach the city center. The area around the hotel is residential and fairly simple. It may not be what you expect at first, but it has its own authentic charm. The hotel does not have a restaurant or offer meals, but the room is equipped with a small refrigerator (including a freezer compartment) and an electric kettle, making it easy to prepare simple breakfasts or snacks. The room is not brand new and could benefit from some minor renovations, particularly around the bathtub. On some nights, condensation forms on the outside of the large windows, temporarily blocking the view, although this was never an issue during the day. The staff were very accommodating and even brought a small table and two chairs onto our balcony, making it the perfect place to enjoy a late-night drink while taking in the view. Overall, you come here for the incredible panoramic scenery, and the hotel absolutely delivers."

"The Hanting Hotel Guilin Yangshuo West Street has an excellent location, just a short walk to West Street. The rooms are clean and simple, and the bedding is comfortable. It's incredibly convenient for getting around and exploring. Overall, a great stay."

"Staying at the Miraculous Hotel was a really great experience. The hotel's service, facilities, breakfast, room layout, and cleanliness were all quite satisfying. The best part is that it's not expensive and the location is good, offering excellent value for money. The hotel is situated next to two large chain hotels, facing the river. There are also many restaurants nearby, and West Street is just a few hundred meters' walk away, putting it right next to the West Street commercial district. The hotel facilities are new, and the cave pool is a unique feature that the kids thoroughly enjoyed. The 'Sky Mirror' on the ninth floor is also perfect for photos. The hotel also has great deals with other tour operators; for example, booking an off-road vehicle through the hotel was over a hundred yuan cheaper than booking directly at the shop, which was very cost-effective and fun."
