"The family suite has a partition, which is suitable for a family of adults. It would be better if the glass wall in the bathroom is light-proof. The white fungus soup given as a late night snack is very thick and very hearty. The hotel is located in the center of the city. It's very lively. It's just a short walk to the scenic spot of the Big Buddha Temple."

"Facilities: The rooms are intelligently controlled, electric curtains, and Konka TV can watch Huashu live TV. The most pleasant surprise is that the bedside multi-function box has night lights and intelligent control. The set-top box is a fast back charging of the mobile phone, and the mobile phone can be charged flat on the bedside.
Hygienic: The rooms are very new, the linen is particularly clean and the layout is very good. Especially the bathroom, all TOTO, double basin, bathtub is very clean, the shower area is fast, and the disposable products are of high quality. The pillows are quite good latex pillows ➕ down pillows. The bed is not hard or soft and comfortable.
Environment: This hotel must be absolutely perfect in Xinchang. The VIP has been upgraded. The panoramic room overlooks the half city and Xinchang River. The different scenery is panoramic at four o'clock. The sound insulation is quite good, even if it is a typhoon, it is not disturbed, but it is a special flavor to see the wind and clouds.

During the day, it was an elegant Jiangnan artistic conception. At night, the lights were bright and there were a few more lively fireworks, and the carbon water kingdom snack street downstairs was fully adapted."

"I booked a twin room, which was spacious and clean. The soundproofing was excellent. The breakfast was decent and very kid-friendly, with no charge for children, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's location is great, very close to the Giant Buddha Temple and next to Wanda Plaza, making shopping convenient. My only complaint is that the washing machine requires an extra charge, which I found surprising. Many budget hotels offer free use of washing machines and dryers, so considering the relatively high room rate, I was a bit taken aback. I hope they can improve this."

"An absolutely perfect vacation! The room was incredibly comfortable, with high ceilings, spacious interiors, and understated yet elegant decor. I could have easily spent both days just relaxing in the room. The hotel is nestled in the serene and beautiful Hanfei River Valley, and you can take a cable car up to the mountaintop for stunning views. The hotel service was also excellent; you can request a car transfer anywhere within the hotel grounds at any time. Our butler, Helen, provided thoughtful and enthusiastic service from even before our arrival, proactively offering information to ensure a smooth trip. She continued to follow up on all our needs throughout our stay, making this vacation truly delightful! The hotel's Tingtao Pavilion restaurant was also fantastic. We had dinner there twice, and the chef's recommended dishes were truly delicious and well worth trying."

There was plenty of hot water, and all the facilities were comprehensive. Overall, both the service and environment exceeded my expectations, offering great value for money. I'm very satisfied! The hotel even has a tea garden where you can sit by the lake for a while. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip."

"The check-in staff were incessantly nagging, insisting on paying extra for a membership, and even sniffing through guests' phones until I lost my temper. Also, it seemed like the front desk was deliberately retaliating; they said they upgraded my room, even though I specifically asked for one with hidden problems, including poor drainage. And yet, they gave me this room, and while I was showering, the water was already up to my feet. It was fine; I had originally booked three days, but cancelled the rest that night. Other issues included the welcome tea station being useless—no coffee, no hot water, and my mouth was parched while the front desk staff continued their nagging. I was misled by the official photos of the main entrance; it's only part of the first floor. Most guests drive in and go straight to the underground parking. It's impossible to find the entrance from the underground parking because this half is abandoned and extremely dark. The sensor door next to the front desk looks like a fixed piece of glass. The front desk lighting made it even darker outside, and from the elevator, you couldn't see the printed instructions… It was truly bizarre. If you discriminate against Shanghai guests, you can refuse to serve them; we won't come. PS: The receptionist was someone who appeared significantly older than me. By the way, the service level in Xinchang is far worse than that in neighboring Shengzhou. It's like everyone's a nobody."

"I rushed to book this hotel in Xinchang's ”Carbohydrate Kingdom” on a last-minute trip. Seeing that it was newly opened and part of the Huazhu Group, I figured the quality control would be excellent. However, everything turned out to be surprisingly good. Check-in was quick, and they even provided snacks and a comprehensive travel guide covering everything from dining to sightseeing. The hotel's overall decor was high-end, smelled wonderful, and was incredibly clean – practically spotless. The staff were all very polite. The room was odorless, with fresh air, and was bright, clean, and spacious. Everything was provided, including welcome fruit and a complimentary minibar. The bedding was comfortable, and the blankets were light and pleasant. Breakfast was plentiful and constantly replenished, with the table cleaned promptly. The food was delicious, and the noodle maker patiently and enthusiastically showed me how to add the toppings. Throughout my stay, all facilities were clean, hygienic, and functioned perfectly. The staff were never bothersome, making my stay very comfortable. Lingling, the receptionist, was particularly warm and patient, making me feel right from the start. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Xinchang; I call it the king of value for money in Xinchang."

"There was a slight hiccup during check-in, probably because the hotel doesn't host many foreign tourists normally. However, the front desk staff, and a gentleman (not sure if he was the manager 😂) were all incredibly warm, friendly, and had excellent attitudes.
The room, cleanliness, and basic amenities and facilities were all up to par for a hotel in this price range. While there wasn't anything particularly outstanding, their great service and warm hospitality definitely made up for any minor shortcomings.
The hotel's location is truly excellent. There are many good restaurants nearby, and it's very convenient to get to the theater and supermarket. There are also bus stops nearby, making transportation very easy. Overall, it was quite good."
