"Here's my review of the hotel: **Check-in Experience & Service:** I checked in the night before the Dragon Boat Festival. The room facilities were complete, and there was a mini-fridge. My personal suggestion would be to place the hairdryer in a more visible spot or put up a sign. The drawer under the sink was a bit difficult to open; I couldn't open it the first time and thought there wasn't a hairdryer. I only found it when I accidentally pulled the drawer open while wiping the sink after my hair dried. 😂 The first room I was given had a noticeable smell of smoke. The front desk lady was incredibly nice and helped me switch rooms. However, the duvet in the second room smelled musty, as if it hadn't been dried properly. I contacted the front desk again, and the housekeeping auntie was also very kind and immediately changed the bedding. Around 11:50 PM, my child suddenly vomited milk on the bed. I immediately contacted the front desk, but it was too late, and the housekeeping auntie had already left work. The front desk guy promptly helped us switch rooms again and even helped us move our luggage. I'm really grateful. In summary, from the front desk to housekeeping, the service was excellent – responsive and with great attitudes. The view from the window was also very nice. On the second day, after breakfast, staff members in mascot costumes gave out small balloons to the children, and my child had a blast.
