"Our stay was fantastic! Special thanks to Ms. Zhan at the front desk for her thoughtful service and help during check-in. She upgraded our room when possible and gave us recommendations for evening activities. What really stood out was when she offered us two warm, yes, warm walnut cookies – they were so comforting and delicious, like coming home, especially since we were a bit hungry! We extended our stay for another night, and Ms. Jia at the front desk was equally warm and attentive. The entire hotel, from its facilities to its soft services, feels grand and well-designed. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast and dinner buffets offer a wide variety of choices. I also appreciate their strong commitment to environmental protection, with trash cans that have ditched plastic bags – excellent!"

"The room was clean and tidy. It was about 1.3 km to Shuitingmen Historical District (just walk along the river). The sunset at Shuitingmen was beautiful (Pictures 8 and 9). There were snacks in the room (Pictures 3 and 4). From 9 to 11 pm, there were warm suppers on the 10th floor (noodles, rice noodles, dumplings and some side dishes.
