"I was in Quanzhou for two days and arrived quite late. The front desk staff, Xiao Feng, called in advance to confirm my check-in. When I arrived, they even helped upgrade my bed type. The service was excellent overall. I'm very satisfied. I'll book here again if I'm in the area."

"Whenever I visit Quanzhou, I usually stay at the Crowne Plaza Riverside, which I believe has the largest rooms in Quanzhou. InterContinental hotels generally offer good quality and highly competent staff. I particularly love the apartment suites – they come with a kitchen, living room, and a long dining table. The room layout is well-organized, and the Jinjiang River flows right outside the window. The hotel is conveniently located 15 minutes from Quanzhou Station, less than 10 minutes from Licheng Wanda, and 10 minutes from Huansu Karting (one of Quanzhou's two major outdoor karting tracks). The hotel also offers daily intangible cultural heritage activities for children, such as puppet shows and sugar painting. This time, we also received complimentary set meals for two daily at the Cai Feng Lou on the second floor. The ginger duck was quite authentic, and the vinegar-marinated pork was delicious. The 32nd-floor lounge has a lovely ambiance, equipped with binoculars and a reading corner, perfect for a relaxing afternoon enjoying the scenery. Service is a highlight of InterContinental. You can see mid-level managers actively involved, and their English is excellent. I want to especially thank our front desk attendant, Xiao Yu, for his service this time. He's a cheerful, handsome, and outgoing young man, as warm as a younger brother next door, always thoughtful and considerate of guests. My parents were also very satisfied with their dining experience at the hotel. I also ran into Xiao Cai from the concierge team. He helped us with a taxi during our stay last Chinese New Year. It's been several months, but he still recognized us. The manager and staff at Cai Feng Lou were also humble and attentive, even helping us book a private room for our next meal. I often travel to different cities and experience various hotels. But when it comes to loyalty, I always choose InterContinental hotels. Their design style is grand yet simple, and their service is warm and friendly, making them well worth repeat visits."

"The room isn't huge, but it's well-designed with a wet and dry separation, pretty standard. The bedding is soft and comfortable, typical of an Atour hotel. Breakfast is abundant, and the freshly made noodle bar is a nice touch, very good. The only downside is that the soundproofing in the room isn't great. Early in the morning, the noise of people talking and doors opening and closing in the hallway was a bit disruptive to my sleep."

"The hotel is relatively new and the hygiene is decent. It's located on a secondary street in Fengze District, with snack shops and restaurants downstairs and nearby, as well as shared bikes and electric scooters. You can walk to Wanda Plaza and its commercial area, which offers a lot of food options. However, to get to the old city, you'll need to take a taxi or a shared electric scooter. Exploring the bustling area around Kaiyuan Temple is actually most convenient with an electric scooter, as the roads can be very congested."

"Had a fantastic stay at the Wanda Vista Quanzhou with my family this summer! The location is superb, and our river view room offered breathtaking vistas. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient during check-in, and the breakfast buffet was abundant and delicious. The concierge even proactively helped us with our luggage. The attention to detail really made a difference, and my whole family felt incredibly comfortable. Five-star recommendation! We'll definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Quanzhou."

"As a solo traveler, I really appreciated that the hotel offered a single-guest room, which helped me save on accommodation costs. I only booked the hotel for one night because I wanted to spend a short time exploring Quanzhou before heading to Fuqing for a meeting. The hotel is not within walking distance of the Ancient Town. After spending time strolling around the historic area, I decided to walk back to the hotel, but it turned out to be much farther than I expected. I had to cross a bridge, and by the time I arrived, I was completely exhausted. If you plan to visit the Ancient Town, taking a taxi or ride-hailing service would be a more comfortable option. The room was simple but perfectly adequate for a solo traveler. It had everything I needed for a comfortable overnight stay. I especially appreciated the self-service laundry facilities, which are a great convenience for travelers on longer trips. Overall, the hotel offers good value for solo travelers looking for a clean, practical, and budget-friendly place to stay."

The breakfast spread is also fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious dishes and pastries that I truly enjoyed. It felt just like home, which was wonderful! The location is also perfect, making it very convenient to visit all the attractions. It's located near West Street in Licheng District, Quanzhou City, Fujian Province."

"My best friend and I chose the Xi Ran King Room for our trip, and we had a very comfortable stay overall. The room had great natural light, and the decor was simple yet stylish. It was spacious enough for two people without feeling cramped. After a long day of sightseeing, relaxing in the room was incredibly relaxing. The bathroom was nice, with attention to detail. The common areas of the guesthouse were very photogenic; we often went to the pool to take pictures."

"For our Mid-Autumn Festival getaway, my two girlfriends and I spent a long time choosing a hotel. We needed something with convenient transportation, excellent service, and great value for money. We finally settled on the Holiday International Center branch, booking a twin room and a king room. Our experience exceeded all expectations! The lobby service was a huge bonus, with all sorts of thoughtful little amenities available (you really just need to pack your clothes and go). My friends were most impressed with the free ice cream and heated eye masks, and insisted I give them a special shout-out. The ice cream was available all day, providing a sweet touch to our trip, while the heated eye masks helped my insomniac friend drift into dreamland. What I liked most was the divider between the two beds in the twin room, which ensured my sensitive friend's rest wasn't disturbed. The bathroom layout was also very scientific and reasonable, located behind the TV wall with separate areas for the sink, toilet, and shower. Oh, and the breakfast on the 11th floor! Besides the usual offerings, they had fresh, live prawns – definitely worth praising! Finally, a big shout-out to the front desk staff, both the young men and women. They were all so polite, professional, and competent. That's why after checking in on the 25th, we checked out for a day to see the sea, and then immediately returned on the 27th! We completely dropped our plans to stay at a certain B&B we had originally considered – this is definitely our go-to place now!"

"This stay with my child was a great experience, and I especially want to thank Xiao Mao at the front desk! She was incredibly warm and welcoming, very friendly and patient right from check-in. Although we didn't book a family room this time, she thoughtfully noticed we had a child with us and proactively provided toiletries for the little one. She also kindly reminded us to reach out to her anytime if we needed anything. Her service attitude throughout was excellent, and her responses were very prompt, making us feel truly cared for and warm. Such attentive and enthusiastic service is truly rare and adds a lot to InterContinental Hotels QUANZHOU by IHG.
