"A delightful surprise during our trip to Pu'er! This hotel truly excels in embodying the 'tea fragrance' and providing exceptional service. Its location is super convenient, just about a 15-minute drive to either the airport or the high-speed rail station, and within walking distance to the old town and the administrative office complex. The service deserves a perfect score. The front desk staff were not only welcoming but also incredibly thoughtful. Seeing we had a lot of luggage and a child, they proactively offered to help us with our bags and informed us about the laundry service, where we just needed to drop off our clothes at the front desk and would receive fresh, clean clothes by evening. The hotel's attentiveness didn't stop there; when we checked out, they kindly offered us a complimentary souvenir and even asked if we'd like a bottle of water for our journey, which really touched me deeply. And I must praise the hotel's late-night snack service – the beef rice noodles were absolutely fantastic! If you're coming to Pu'er, staying here is a decision you definitely won't regret!"

"I chose the Deting Tea Mountain store for my trip to Pu'er this time, and my stay experience directly exceeded my expectations! The hotel is located at the foot of the tea mountain, and as soon as you enter, the air is filled with a faint tea fragrance. The courtyard is full of green plants, quiet and healing. The room space is spacious and clean, with lush greenery outside the floor-to-ceiling windows, and a small tea table is also provided. It's especially pleasant to brew a pot of Pu'er tea in your leisure time. The entire room is intelligently controlled, with a smart toilet and a large bathtub. The bedding is soft, and the soundproofing is excellent, so I slept very soundly at night. The staff were attentive and proactively helped with luggage. The breakfast variety was rich, and the local bean soup rice noodles tasted authentic. There was also a free mini-bar with drinks, and laundry and drying services. The overall facilities are complete, and it's a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. It's perfect for a vacation in Pu'er, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time!"

"It truly is a case of 'you get what you pay for'; this hotel is excellent in every aspect. When checking in, the male staff member was very patient, and the female staff next to him even offered us tea. The front desk had complimentary water, fruit, and snacks (thoughtfully provided with napkins), all available for guests to take. Upon entering the room, I gathered some dirty clothes. I called the front desk, and someone promptly came to collect them, asking about my washing preferences and whether I wanted them delivered back to the room or left at the front desk. I assumed they would be returned that same evening, as I was checking out early the next morning. I called the front desk again, and to my surprise, they quickly had a delivery robot bring them back to the room. The clothes were still warm when I received them! The room also provided a bathtub liner, bubble bath products, and disposable face towels, which was a very thoughtful touch. All the drinks in the mini-fridge were complimentary. Due to my itinerary, I didn't get to enjoy lunch, but breakfast was incredibly rich, even offering double-skin milk pudding and Guilinggao (tortoise jelly). The late-night supper, starting at 7:30 PM, was especially a thoughtful addition. There was a particularly wonderful young woman at the front desk; I regret not noting her name on her nametag. She was small and slender, but she helped carry my luggage, both at check-in and check-out, even lifting it into the car. She was truly amazing. You could also find frangipani flowers that had fallen from the trees next to the lobby. This one-night stay was incredibly worthwhile, and the experience was fantastic. Every staff member I encountered was courteous and attentive. If I ever have the chance to visit Yunnan again, I will definitely choose Deting Hotel."

The orchid and bougainvillea are in full bloom, and an evening stroll here is incredibly therapeutic. The rooms are designed in a modern Wabi-sabi style, with natural wood textures and soft lighting. You can enjoy the garden view right from your bed, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The smart home features are incredibly convenient. You can control the lights and air conditioning with a smart assistant, and there's also a washer-dryer combo and an air purifier. The bathroom boasts Hansgrohe fixtures and Jo Malone toiletries, adding a touch of luxury. The service truly warmed my heart: the front desk proactively offered tea and helped with my luggage, and they were responsive 24/7. In the lobby, there's free freshly ground coffee, unlimited snacks, and ice cream. The breakfast, featuring local rice noodles and black-bone chicken soup noodles, is incredibly authentic. The location is also fantastic – just a 10-minute drive from the high-speed train station, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. For those driving, there are EV charging stations available. If you're visiting Pu'er, staying here is comfortable and hassle-free. I'll definitely be back!"

"Whenever I travel to Pu'er, Yunnan, Deting Hotel is always my top choice for accommodation. I've stayed here many times, and each visit still exceeds my expectations, so it definitely deserves a full five-star rating. This time, I stayed in their boutique hotel, which has an elegant and warm new Chinese-style original wood decor. Stepping in, a vibrant green plant wall immediately washes away any travel fatigue. The lobby's wooden cabinets are filled with adorable plush toys, and the window-side seating area features monstera plants, with fresh fruit and snacks available all day. Enjoying tea and resting my feet while waiting to check in was incredibly comfortable. The guest rooms are spotless, with bright, airy lighting. The double-layered curtains provide excellent sound insulation and blackout. There's a comfortable lounge chair by the window, and the bedding is soft and gentle on the skin, with a cute little plush toy and a warm welcome card thoughtfully placed on the bed. The panoramic glass in the bathroom is spacious and grand, with a separate wet and dry area and a bathtub. Details like the wall-mounted hairdryer and wooden pendant lights show meticulous care throughout. What impresses me most, however, is the hotel's service. From the front desk staff and lobby cleaners to the room attendants, every employee has a genuine, sincere smile and treats guests with warmth and politeness. They proactively offer a hand with luggage when they see guests carrying it, and respond quickly to any requests. Their service is detailed and thoughtful without being intrusive – the balance is just right. The hotel is located in the heart of Simao city, making it incredibly convenient for exploring, finding local Dai cuisine, and coffee shops. The environment, hygiene, facilities, and service are all impeccable. It has truly become my reliable and comforting home away from home whenever I visit Pu'er. Next time I come to Pu'er, I will undoubtedly choose Deting again."

The room's fragrance and the toiletries all smelled high-end and pleasant. The hot water in the bathroom came out incredibly fast, which was a great experience. The biggest highlight was the hotel's service. The staff were enthusiastic and attentive throughout. As soon as I arrived, they proactively offered to help with my luggage. They would always greet me when I passed them in the hallway – these small details were really heartwarming. The hotel also has washing machines and dryers, which is very convenient for travelers. If the machines were occupied, I could just put my dirty clothes in the laundry basket, and the staff would proactively wash them. When I needed to dry clothes, they would thoughtfully ask if high-temperature drying was okay and if I had any special requests. I didn't have to worry about a thing, which was incredibly stress-free. However, there were two minor issues that affected the experience: the hotel WiFi was very slow, and the in-room smart home system didn't work properly. As someone who enjoys watching short dramas, not having a stable internet connection really impacted my daily usage, which was quite frustrating. Putting aside the network and smart facility issues, both the hotel's hardware and service are commendable. I hope they can optimize the internet and smart devices in the future. Overall, I highly recommend staying here."
