"Front desk customer service is good except a lady who looks tired with sour face upon our arrival time.Self laundry service is not available from 10 pm - 7am [ not travellers friendly ]. Breakfast is average. Free bicycle ride available. The personnel [ a lady & a man ] were very helpful of explaining how to utilise the Free bicycle ride service. 👍👍👍"

"Super nice view and location. All the hotels with the same view are much more expensive. lovely host and easy communication. But you’ve got to get used to the room-layout. As a friend-group the glas wall for the bathroom might not be ideal for everybody."

"I was very satisfied with this stay. It was my first time in Kenting, and I chose the Caesar Park Hotel. I pre-booked the shuttle from Zuoying, Kaohsiung, and everything went smoothly from the start. We arrived at the hotel in over two hours. Although it's 40 years old, the hotel is very well-maintained, the decor is modern, and the service attitude was excellent. Upon check-in, the front desk gave us dining vouchers for the Little Bay Bar and the hotel lobby bar. Sitting on Little Bay Beach opposite the hotel in the evening was very pleasant. The food at the lobby bar was also delicious! The room came with new flip-flops, which were quite comfortable. All the facilities are new, there's a coffee machine, water dispensers on every floor, and self-service washing machines and dryers. The room also had complimentary drinks and snacks, and the soundproofing was excellent! Even with a garden view, it was still very beautiful, and you could see the mountain scenery. The hotel's location is superb, within walking distance of Kenting Main Street. The lobby has bicycles available for rent, and there are also Ubikes outside. Taxis are also quite convenient! You need a ********* ID to rent a car. Breakfast was also good and quite varied. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience!"

"Five stars, no doubt! I took a bus to Kenting alone at night, and because I wasn't familiar with the route, I got off a few kilometers early and couldn't find a taxi. I called the host, and she was incredibly thoughtful, driving to pick me up and take me to the hotel – she was a lifesaver! The place is spotless; even during the plum rain season when there were lots of bugs flying outside, I didn't find a single one inside. The bathtub is huge, perfect for a relaxing soak. The tatami mat was cozy and ideal for lounging alone. The two best nights of sleep I had my entire trip were here. It was also very quiet at night. On the morning I was leaving, I went to check out the beach before heading to catch my bus, and when I came back, my clothes were soaking wet. I was actually going to leave them as they were, thinking they'd dry in half a day, and I had already checked out. But the cleaning lady was super concerned and insisted I change clothes before leaving, even offering a shower if I was cold, stressing that I absolutely couldn't catch a cold. After I changed, she gave me a plastic bag for my wet clothes. I was genuinely moved to tears. Then, fearing I'd get rained on walking to the station, she gave me an umbrella and put a plastic bag over my backpack. I will definitely book this place again when the weather is good, even if it's just to see the host and the cleaning lady again. I hope the host and the cleaning lady have smooth sailing in life and that their business continues to thrive!"

"+ Very clean, beautiful room, very fun and nice double shower (hot water) !! Has a fridge and water fountain. - Bring some sleeping mask and ear plugs because some appliances were noisy at night and light comes through the glass door of the bathroom. Don't be allergic to cats! They are part of the welcoming party! Very nice, a bit secluded but only 6 minutes walk from the bus station - maybe 10 with luggage. There is a big supermarket in front !"

"Close to the train station, with a Pxmart supermarket right next door and plenty of food options at the intersection, so no worries about going hungry. The space is ample and comfortable 👍, super clean 👍, and the bedding is great for sleeping 👍. You absolutely *must* go to the rooftop to watch the sunset – it's incredibly beautiful 🥰. Be sure to check out the different sky and coastline views during the day too. There's a swimming pool on the rooftop for guests to use, and the breakfast is rich and varied with both Western and Chinese options. You can borrow bicycles from the front desk to ride around and experience the local atmosphere."

"Family rooms are available. The rooms have slides and toys, making them perfect for families with children. Hengchun Township also boasts many delicious restaurants. The value for money is much better than Kenting."

"From arrival to departure, the service was excellent. The staff and crew displayed warm hospitality and were attentive to guests' needs. Like many hotels in Taiwan, in-room utilities such as toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so you’ll need to bring your own. Sunshine Liv partners with a scooter rental shop that delivers and collects the scooter directly at the homestay. The rental price is reasonable at TWD 400 for 24 hours, and there’s no requirement to return the scooter with a full tank. The homestay is also conveniently located, with the nearest night market just a 10-minute scooter ride away. We were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade with stunning ocean views! The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The TV offers a wide selection of channels across various genres, catering to different preferences. Additionally, the homestay serves a delightful home-cooked style breakfast. Overall, we highly recommend visiting Kenting, and Sunshine Liv is an excellent choice for accommodation! P.S. Complimentary parking is available for in-house guests, but the parking space is quite narrow, so drivers should proceed with caution."
