I drove from Shanghai and arrived late at night, but your hotel's service made us feel incredibly warm from the moment we stepped into the lobby. We arrived at the hotel at 11 PM, and Manager Wang had already arranged for a colleague to provide meticulous and thoughtful service. Not only did they reserve a room for us in advance, but they also arranged for a swift check-in, allowing my child and me, after a long journey, to rest as early as possible. This attention to detail and consideration deeply touched us. The hotel's facilities and amenities were equally impressive. The underground B1 level has Xpeng charging piles, which provided great convenience for charging our vehicle. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, including local specialties like noodles, rice noodles, and tofu pudding, allowing us to taste authentic Pinghu flavors. As I was traveling with my child, the hotel's swimming pool and gym also made our parent-child time more fulfilling and enjoyable. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with the adjacent Wuyue Plaza making dining and shopping very easy. Although the hotel did not offer a buffet dinner that night, which was a minor regret, the surrounding dining options were abundant, and we were satisfied with our outside dining experience. This small incident did not affect the overall wonderful experience at all. Once again, thank you to Manager Odi Wang and every staff member who provided us with service. "Our family traveled during the National Day holiday, booking three nights in four rooms each. Overall, the trip was excellent, with attentive service. The rooms were spacious, clean, and hygienic, with laundry facilities, dryers, and laundry detergent. There were also many other essential items in the corner of the front desk, such as hair clips, earplugs, and other small items, available for use if needed. One minor drawback: 1. The lighting in the washroom of room 410 was too dim; a higher wattage light would likely improve the situation. 2. There was no hand soap or soap in the washbasins of any of the rooms. 3. The towels needed replacing. They appeared to be from 2019 and had frayed edges, but they were generally clean and odorless."

"For our Dragon Boat Festival family trip, we opted for Pinghu, a less-traveled destination. The Courtyard by Marriott here consistently receives great reviews, and their holiday package for the festival was truly excellent value. We arrived smoothly in the morning, and when checking in, I inquired about switching to a twin-bedded room. The front desk staff, Xiao Luo, kindly asked if I'd mind a room that was a bit further away, then promptly helped us switch to a twin room and even upgraded our room type, which made for a very comfortable stay. After checking in, we asked the housekeeping auntie for some extra water, blankets, and a bed guard, and she was incredibly enthusiastic and polite. Special thanks to Auntie Cao for cleaning our room. I hadn't really set high expectations for the hotel's Happy Hour, but the food selection and taste were surprisingly good. We ended up eating at the hotel for the last two days. Overall, it was quite comfortable. It was also very convenient to walk to Minghu Park through the back entrance. It's a bit of a shame the property is a little small; it would have been perfect if they also had a kids' play area."

"The room was spotless and newly renovated. There's a 24-hour self-service restaurant on the first floor, and their preserved egg and lean pork congee with salted duck egg was delicious! A special shout-out to employee number 11 – they were incredibly thoughtful, always anticipating my needs and having everything ready beforehand. "My stay at the Holiday Inn Express Jiaxing Hangzhou Bay Suites, an IHG hotel, really exceeded my expectations! Let me share my genuine thoughts: First off, the room is incredibly spacious. The one-bedroom, one-living room layout is super practical. I was staying with a friend; she could watch TV in the bedroom while I worked in the living room, and we didn't bother each other at all. The walk-in closet and mini-bar design are great bonuses – there's plenty of space for luggage and other items, so even for a longer stay, things wouldn't feel cluttered. The bed was genuinely comfortable! The mattress had just the right firmness, the pillows were nice, and coupled with good soundproofing, I barely heard any outside noise. Even as a light sleeper, I got a great night's rest. The ambient lighting by the bed is a thoughtful touch; no more fumbling for light switches in the dark if you get up at night. I have to praise the bathroom! The wet and dry areas are perfectly separated, so showering doesn't get water everywhere. There's also a large bathtub, which is super relaxing for a soak. The toiletries and hairdryer are good quality, so you don't need to bring your own, which is very convenient. Most importantly, it was impeccably clean – not a single water stain on the marble countertop, which was very pleasant to see. The view is absolutely stunning! The huge floor-to-ceiling window looks directly out onto the sea. Watching boats come and go during the day and the sunset in the evening, just sitting by the window and zoning out, is incredibly therapeutic. The room gets fantastic natural light during the day, making it great for photos too. The internet is fast; streaming and video calls were seamless, so business travelers can rest assured. The bar area allows for simple coffee making or instant noodles, which is very convenient. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied. It offers excellent value for money and is perfect for both business trips and vacations with friends. I'll definitely stay here again next time! Highly recommend!"
