"Finally got around to writing a review! First off, the staff were all super friendly, from the front desk to housekeeping, and even the breakfast hostess. Our little husky (my son) is quite sturdily built 😂 but we didn't get questioned (unlike what I saw in other reviews) or anything. We had a great 3-day stay 😁 This was our second visit! Why did we come back, you ask? Because my little one did really well on his mental math test on Thursday evening and asked to come back to the Pullman as a reward. Of course, this mom supports reasonable requests, so I booked it right away and we headed straight there after work the next day. The rain on the highway was pouring though, and I was on edge the whole way. We got an upgraded room and a late checkout 😊 Very satisfied! 👍 Just one minor complaint: when we went to eat at the Wuyue Plaza next door 🍽️, leaving the lobby, whether we turned left or right, we had to walk quite a roundabout way. It's a bit inconvenient for those of us walking in and out of the hotel 😆 This time, we were lucky enough to see some lovely firefighters playing in the water with the kids to cool off while we were out for dinner. It was hilarious! My little one said he wants to come back again, so a third visit is probably in the cards! 🤦"

"Stayed 11 nights in the hotel in a great location, nice breakfast spread although the menu did not change at all but the food variety is great. There is a 24hr restaurant right at the lobby of this hotel and a McDonald's that opens from 7am to 10pm daily. There is also a Lawson convenience store right across the street with a couple of stores along the same street including a supermarket and Luckin Coffee. If you walked to the back of the hotel, there are a couple of massage shops that helps you to relax when needed and they are open until 11pm or 12 midnight"

"For our Dragon Boat Festival family trip, we opted for Pinghu, a less-traveled destination. The Courtyard by Marriott here consistently receives great reviews, and their holiday package for the festival was truly excellent value. We arrived smoothly in the morning, and when checking in, I inquired about switching to a twin-bedded room. The front desk staff, Xiao Luo, kindly asked if I'd mind a room that was a bit further away, then promptly helped us switch to a twin room and even upgraded our room type, which made for a very comfortable stay. After checking in, we asked the housekeeping auntie for some extra water, blankets, and a bed guard, and she was incredibly enthusiastic and polite. Special thanks to Auntie Cao for cleaning our room. I hadn't really set high expectations for the hotel's Happy Hour, but the food selection and taste were surprisingly good. We ended up eating at the hotel for the last two days. Overall, it was quite comfortable. It was also very convenient to walk to Minghu Park through the back entrance. It's a bit of a shame the property is a little small; it would have been perfect if they also had a kids' play area."

"The hotel is excellent, very clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and a large shopping mall directly opposite. It's also very close to the subway, airport, and high-speed rail station, all reachable within half an hour."

"Every time friends visit when I'm back home, they stay at this hotel. It was redecorated last year, making the lobby even more beautiful, and the Chinese New Year atmosphere was really strong. Miss Sunny at the front desk even upgraded us to a large suite! The weather was fantastic over the holiday, truly giving us that 'facing the sea, spring blossoms' feeling, with a panoramic view of the Hangzhou Bay Bridge. A very satisfying stay."

"I received the hotel's pre-reception care call one day before check-in. I confirmed the arrival time and asked me if I had any special needs. After I arrived at the store, the front desk lady smiled and greeted me. She handed in warm chrysanthemum tea and checked in in a few minutes. It's done, the silk slips to no! The lobby environment is simple and advanced, the lighting is soft, the aroma is fresh and elegant, and the journey is instantly dispelled. It is a surprise to enter the room! Cleanliness is full, the bottom of the bed and the bathroom gap are spotless, there is no smell in the room, and there is a faint fragrance. The quality of the guest supplies is online, the toiletries are a touch of woody fragrance, the bath towels are soft and thick, and the pressure design is super hygienic. When bathing, hot water is out in seconds, the water pressure is sufficient, and the washing is super comfortable. When checking out, the invoice is sent to the mailbox in seconds, the details are clear, and the front desk also actively asks about the check-in experience. The laundry room equipment is super new, the laundry detergent and softener are clean, and the clothes after drying are fragrant. The sound insulation effect is absolutely perfect. "The ceiling is very high. I found that the advantages of the high ceiling are 1. It is quiet 2. It makes you feel comfortable. The front desk staff and the restaurant staff are very enthusiastic. Although I gave it 5 points, I have a small opinion. The small refrigerator is in the cabinet and it is not easy to dissipate heat. It causes a constant buzzing sound, which affects my sleep at night. It is quite noisy, so I unplugged the power supply. I don't know if it is a quality problem of this small refrigerator."

"This hotel is absolutely fantastic! As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt the staff's warmth, and check-in was super fast. The room was clean and tidy, the bed soft and comfortable, and the pillows were just the right height. The bathroom facilities were complete and new, with plenty of hot water. The hotel breakfast was decent. It's a convenient 25-minute drive to Aloha Water Park, and we also visited the nearby Ruins Cafe, which was quite unique. The 2 days we stayed here were truly comfortable, and the service staff were incredibly enthusiastic. There's even table tennis and snooker on the 3rd floor! Staying in a family room with kids is really a great choice!"
