"Traveling with family, the guesthouse is located not far from the main gate of the village, which is also the starting point for exploring the village. It's especially beautiful at night when the lights are on. Outside the village gate is a square, and you can even watch performances from the guesthouse upstairs, perfect if you want to avoid the crowds. There's a small river in front, and the flowers in the courtyard are exceptionally vibrant. The owner also has an adorable 8-month-old dog. The room itself is clean and tidy, and the owner is incredibly kind, offering tips on what to do and recommending great food. We had a wonderful trip overall."

"The rooms were spotless, and the butler service throughout our stay was incredibly thoughtful. What really blew us away were several things: ① **Personalized Butler Transfers**: We didn't have to handle our luggage at all. The complimentary high-speed train pick-up and drop-off, even for our group of four, was in a comfortable business van. ② **Excellent Food & Drink**: The afternoon tea was incredibly generous, and the breakfast was of high quality. ③ **Unique & Abundant Beverages**: There were about eight or nine different drinks available. We could enjoy unlimited refreshments just by visiting the front desk. Every time we returned, the staff thoughtfully asked if we'd like anything to drink. They even offered unique glutinous rice wine and Cili juice. ④ **Attentive & Warm Service**: The butlers were incredibly welcoming upon check-in, check-out, and whenever we returned. They’d greet us with phrases like ”Have a pleasant journey,” ”Enjoy your stay,” and ”Have fun!” They were also proactive in answering our questions about getting around and providing recommendations. ⑤ **Superb Room Comfort**: This is arguably the most crucial aspect of a hotel stay, and we were truly surprised by how comfortable our room was. The views were great, it was clean and tidy, and all the amenities provided were high-end. From Dyson hairdryers to toothbrushes, cotton swabs, and bath towels, everything was of excellent quality and very effective. ⑥ **Engaging Evening Entertainment**: The complimentary folk song performance at 8:30 PM was fantastic. It was wonderful to see people from all walks of life come together to enjoy the distinctive local melodies. Thank you, Biyin, for all the services provided during our trip. It's like the ”Haidilao” of guesthouses – full of unique character, great ambiance, and exceptional service. It even surpasses the best in the service industry, like Macau, leaving a lasting impression. We'd repurchase without hesitation! If you're visiting Zhaoxing Dong Village, this is a no-brainer."

"This guesthouse is stunning and amazing at the same time. I work in the tourism field and I have never seen such an amazing and accurated caring for guests. The host and his wife are the nicest persons ever met in my life. Knowledgable in everything, excellent professional hosts who know how to make your trip an amazing and successful trip. Rooms are clean, spacious, with all the amenities a guest needs with a really good sense for the design. At the ground floor they have such a nice space for all guests where people can relax themselves by reading, drinking a good cup of local tea or coffe and simply facing the mesmerising view of the Dong Village and experiencing an indoor campfire. We had a wonderful night around the fire with some new Chinese friends and the host too. We sang all together and there was no language barrier which could stop us. We had such a wonderful moment. One of the best in my life. Breakfast is speechless. Something extremely good with lots of varieties of food. They know how to accomodate every single request. This place is a AAAAA place. Thanks for all the beautiful memories you gave us."

"Came to Zhaoxing Dong Village with my mom, and every staff member at this guesthouse deserves a big thumbs up! 😄👍🏻 They were all so friendly and enthusiastic, always doing their best to meet our needs. The environment was clean and tidy. We hadn't experienced a long-table banquet before, and they even helped us get a spot, which we truly appreciate."

"The room was very nice and spacious, with good lighting and large windows. The facilities were complete, the air conditioning was powerful, the room was clean, the toilet was clean, and all disposable toiletries were complete. The owner was warm and hospitable and patient. He provided shuttle service to and from the scenic area multiple times. When I contacted him, he responded promptly and was always online. He gave us discounted tickets for the bonfire party and even chatted with us in the evening while we drank local glutinous rice wine. There's also a restaurant downstairs, which is very convenient. I'll be back next time!"

"Facilities: The facilities are new and complete, as it's a newly opened establishment. The interior decoration is excellent, very clean, and beautiful. The bed is super comfortable; it's not overly soft like some hotel beds, but a very pleasant mattress. There's also a smart toilet, TV, hairdryer, etc., making it very convenient. Cleanliness: It's very clean. The ground floor has a spacious and bright lobby with modern decor. The rooms feature large floor-to-ceiling windows with beautiful views of the rice paddies. Both the room and bathroom are spotless, with no unpleasant odors, which made our stay feel very secure. Environment: Located in Shangzhai, the environment is very peaceful and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the village center. We slept wonderfully at night. Plus, the room windows are soundproof; once closed, you can't even hear the rain outside, which is truly commendable 👍. I think staying here is better than other B&Bs in different locations, and it's also closer to the Tang'an Terraces. Excellent. Service: Compared to the facilities, cleanliness, and environment, the service is the most praiseworthy! They provided timely pick-up and drop-off at the high-speed rail station, helped with our luggage, and offered complimentary coffee and water. Any issues were promptly resolved by the front desk staff. The owner was also very accommodating. When leaving, knowing we hadn't visited the viewpoint, he even offered us a ride up to take photos. Overall, my family and I were very satisfied with this B&B booking! If we have a chance to visit again in the future, we will definitely book here again! Highly recommended!"

"The location of this hotel is good, it’s near the the bus stop to take the free shuttle bus to Tang an terrace fields. The hotel owner or person who received us was super friendly. She helped one of us with our luggage and gave us a full plate of fruits when we arrived. The hotel person was so nice, we told her that we have quite alot of Taobao parcels and she helped us with our Taobao parcels, and all of it arrived on time to the hotel. The view of the room was so good and comfortable, it was a pity that we only stayed for one night. The breakfast was also delicious. Highly highly recommend this hotel!"

"Ambience: The room window overlooks a beautiful rice paddy field. The location is quiet at the end of the village, making it convenient for visiting Tang'an. Cleanliness: Clean, no odors. Service: Excellent. The included shuttle service is extremely convenient. Before your arrival, the customer service will provide recommendations for local food and attractions, as well as some travel tips. The breakfast is good, and the coffee is delicious. The first load of minibar items is free. It's a perfect place to relax and unwind; it's very relaxing."

"It was a very enjoyable trip. The guesthouse had a great environment and location. The owners, a husband and wife, were very friendly and helpful. They even picked us up and dropped us off at the high-speed rail station. The people of Zhaoxing Dong Village are all very kind. It's definitely worth coming back!"

"Cons: - stained towels and bed linen (I wouldn't care, but this hotel is 4 times more expensive than cheap hostels I usually stay in China, so I expect more) - I found a big spider the size of a hand in my room (but to be honest: I don't blame the owners for that because the spider could just come from the window, so it's not their fault) - the staff doesn't speak English Pros: - It is the cheapest hotel with license to give an accommodation for foreigners in Zhaoxing. - The receptionist came to my room immediately after my call in his free time and killed that spider I was talking about above. He is my hero! :) - Apart of stained towels and bed linen the room was cleaner than other rooms in other hostels I stayed in China. - The hotel has a good location just next to the town's gate. - I have got a bottle of water for free and all toiletries."
