"Firstly, a big thank you to Alice Xiaolan for calling us before our arrival. We arrived quite late, but the room was at a comfortable temperature, likely because the air conditioning had been turned on in advance. After checking in, I received a message from Alice sharing a QR code to scan when exiting the underground parking (the front desk staff had already informed me upon arrival). This coordination among the team is commendable. Now, about the room itself: there were two complimentary bottles of water on the mini-bar, two more in the fridge (chilled, perfect for those who like cold drinks in summer), and another two on the vanity. This thoughtful provision is excellent. The toilet, however, was a bit of a nuisance 😂. Its sensor was too sensitive, causing the lid to constantly hit my back. On the bright side, the shower water temperature was perfect (most people care about water temperature), and yours was just right. (As someone in the same industry, I was very satisfied). Regarding areas for improvement: please pay a bit more attention to hygiene details. Also, it took a long time for someone to answer after pressing the service center button on the room phone. As a fellow industry professional, I understand, but for a regular guest, such a long wait could negatively impact their experience. Overall, I'm very satisfied, and thanks again!"

"A less than pleasant stay. We booked a family room, specifying four people (three adults and one child) and requiring four pairs of slippers, but none were provided in the room. Although we requested them over the phone, there weren't enough toothbrushes or shower caps, and nothing for the child was provided – it felt careless. The bathroom drain was clogged, and after the first person showered, the bathroom flooded. We had to wait for someone to fix it after midnight. The air conditioning was faulty; even at 16 degrees Celsius, the room temperature wouldn't drop below 27 degrees Celsius. Sleeping on the thick mattress was uncomfortable even without a blanket, and since we finished showering around 1 or 2 AM, we didn't want the hassle of changing rooms. We were woken up at 9 AM by loud construction noise outside the window. Local government officials start work at 10 AM, so 9 AM is roughly equivalent to 7 or 8 AM in inland China. We had specifically requested a quiet room in the booking notes, but our needs weren't considered at all when the room was arranged, which made us quite angry. This was the worst hotel experience of our two-week trip to Xinjiang."

"This was my dream room, it even had a private courtyard entrance and a welcome fruit plate of Korla fragrant pears. Absolutely incredible value for money! The service was great, facilities complete, and the restaurant next door was delicious too. Arriving in Korla was a pleasant surprise, and they even offered pick-up and drop-off service."

"I chose this hotel after looking through many options for my trip to Xinjiang. Since my flight arrived in Korla and I was taking a train to Aksu, I picked a hotel close to the train station. What I liked most was its location on the main road; not only was it near the train station, but the airport shuttle also passes by this main road, making it very convenient to get here from the airport. As for the hotel experience: the service was excellent, they gave us great recommendations for local attractions and dining, and the cleanliness was also top-notch. At first, the TV in the room could be adjusted from all angles, which almost led to a funny mishap, haha. Overall, the stay was fantastic, there were plenty of places to eat nearby, and it was easy to get around. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting!"

"I originally booked at Berman, but due to a hygiene issue, I switched to this hotel last minute, and to my surprise, it was a pleasant discovery. The room was spacious and cozy. The price was already good, and with the Ctrip points, it was an absolute steal – excellent value for money! The hotel's location is also fantastic, right opposite the Bazhou Museum. Plus, the restaurant on the second floor offers a good variety of dishes, making dining very convenient. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit."

"This is arguably the newest and most luxurious hotel in Korla, with a great sense of design. The lobby has a wonderful play of light and shadow from the direct sunlight. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, but perhaps because it's newly opened, there are still some areas that need improvement and fine-tuning. For example, the kids' club still has a strong odor and no dedicated staff supervision; I even saw uneaten ice cream dropped by children that hadn't been cleaned up. The hot pot restaurant staff also seemed quite inexperienced; sometimes several would appear at once, and other times no one could be found. However, despite these shortcomings, the hotel's client manager, Alice, was very prompt in responding to and resolving issues. Furthermore, the room cleanliness, the lounge's view, and the scenery were all excellent. At night, you can even see the lights of the pagoda. Overall, it's pretty good value for money!"
