"My stay here was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around and shopping. The room itself was spotless, well-lit, and the bedding was so comfortable I slept like a baby. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, checking me in and out efficiently, and quick to respond to any requests – they really thought of all the little details. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, and I honestly couldn't find a single fault with the cleanliness or service. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommend it to everyone!"

"The home-cooked food offered looked delicious, but being vegetarian, sadly I couldn't try it. The hosts were beyond helpful, going to great lengths to help me sort out transportation problems with by ebike, after I discovered there was no luggage consignment available at Hekou North train station. They were willing to store my bike for free until I returned, but in the end managed to organise transport to Lijiang with a local logistics company which I would never have found myself, after all the major firms refused. Can't praise them enough - wonderful people."

"1. When I entered the room, I found an empty water bottle and a bag, which were likely left behind by housekeeping. This shouldn't happen and indicates that the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly or checked properly. 2. For breakfast, the auntie making the chicken pho added mostly chicken giblets, neck, and brains instead of actual chicken meat. I took two bites of the noodles and one piece of chicken before leaving. 3. The front desk lady was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful with all my questions. 4. The location is great, right next to the border gate, so you don't have to drive around looking for parking. 5. After the rain, the hotel's floor tiles became extremely slippery. I saw someone fall and had to walk very carefully myself. Honestly, it's probably best to avoid staying here on a rainy day. All the good feedback is thanks to the front desk staff."

"I was here for a trip, and the hotel is only a four to five-minute walk from the border crossing. The hotel is clean and hygienic, with spacious rooms and a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom. All the facilities are very new and complete. Parking is easy, and they even gave us a free room upgrade when we checked in. I highly recommend this hotel; its high level of comfort truly enhanced our trip."

"This hotel has relatively new facilities, and the standard rooms are quite spacious. The furniture is all carved mahogany or imitation mahogany, and the rooms are very clean. There's a garden and parking lot in front that can accommodate dozens of cars. It's also just a few dozen meters from the China-Vietnam Shopping Mall. The breakfast selection is plentiful, and the internet speed is fast. However, the showerhead is positioned too low, only about 1.1 meters."

"They upgraded my room for free, and it was much larger. One of the rooms even had a direct view of the China Customs building and the Clock Tower from the window. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and professional, and they even allowed us to check in early and check out late. The hotel is a bit old, so some of the facilities are dated, but it's very clean, and the beds are spotless. There's a slight odor in the bathroom if you don't turn on the exhaust fan. The location is excellent, very close to the Customs building, and there's free parking available until 3 PM the next day. The travel agency downstairs was also great; we got our embassy visa the very next morning. It's very close to nearby attractions, and you can enjoy the scenery across the river with just a short walk. Friendly tip: When we first arrived, the Wi-Fi was constantly cutting out. A staff member came over, turned on the TV to test it, and after that, it worked perfectly without any lag. I'm not sure why, but it happened in both rooms."

"I found this newly opened hotel in Hekou while traveling, and the price was cheap. I was surprised to find that the rooms were also very nice and clean – hotel prices for hotel rooms. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel interior is quite comfortable, the breakfast is good, the service is very warm, the swimming pool is quite standard, and it's a suitable resort. The cicadas chirping in the hotel are also very rhythmic, and the noise stops before you go to sleep. Overall, I recommend it."

"Clean and comfortable for its price. Good hot shower. Convenient location not far from the border with Vietnam and very short drive away from the main bus station. There are many shops, restaurants, big supermarket, park and a lovely river promenade all around the hotel. Excellent efficient staff. The young lady at the desk answered all my questions, helped with directions, transport and even explained to the taxi driver where to take me. For me as a foreigner just having arrived to a new country, that service alone deserves the highest rating. Thank you!"
