He Kou Zhenpin Guomen Hotel (He Kou Port Store)

The room was fantastic! It's just a minute's walk from the airport gate, and the air conditioning was excellent. The room was clean, with a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom. Breakfast was filling, and they even had free coffee and milk tea at the front desk that you could enjoy as much as you wanted.

The hotel room was spotless and brand new, and the location was fantastic, right next to the border crossing, making customs and travel incredibly convenient. The staff were warm, attentive, and very responsive. Overall, a highly satisfying stay.

The hotel's exterior is beautiful, and the rooms are clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The front desk staff (specifically, the young lady) was warm and attentive. Breakfast offers a good variety, including rice noodles, regular noodles, fried eggs, and fruit. The chicken noodle soup (mǐxiàn) was particularly tasty. The restaurant next door serves delicious food at reasonable prices, and they even have dance and singing performances in the evenings. My only suggestion for improvement would be to enhance staff training to prevent incidents like someone entering the room with a key card without knocking first.

This is a fantastic, brand-new hotel. Everything was spotless, and the staff were all incredibly friendly. It's really close to the border crossing, and there's a lively night market right next door, plus a riverside path for walks. Both the hotel's quality and its location are big advantages. The breakfast was also excellent and plentiful. I wish this hotel all the best and continued success!

Service was good, location was great, and breakfast was decent. It wasn't expensive and the room was spacious.

1. When I entered the room, I found an empty water bottle and a bag, which were likely left behind by housekeeping. This shouldn't happen and indicates that the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly or checked properly. 2. For breakfast, the auntie making the chicken pho added mostly chicken giblets, neck, and brains instead of actual chicken meat. I took two bites of the noodles and one piece of chicken before leaving. 3. The front desk lady was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful with all my questions. 4. The location is great, right next to the border gate, so you don't have to drive around looking for parking. 5. After the rain, the hotel's floor tiles became extremely slippery. I saw someone fall and had to walk very carefully myself. Honestly, it's probably best to avoid staying here on a rainy day. All the good feedback is thanks to the front desk staff.

There's a laundry room, and the bathroom features a wet/dry separation. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the breakfast was clean and hygienic, especially the chicken rice noodles which were delicious!
