"Choosed that hotel to be near to Tianshan heavenly lake, which was quite useful. Be aware of that there are only a few shops nearby. Breakfast was really good as well for western breakfast lovers. The most fancy thing was the in bathroom integrated waterboiler. Never saw such an installation bevor and liked it a lot 👍"

"I stayed here temporarily for a job change. It's conveniently located opposite the bus station, with easy access to transportation. It's only a 10-minute drive to Tianchi Scenic Area in Tianshan Mountains; the front desk helped me call a taxi, and the service was excellent. The cleanliness exceeded my expectations; the bathroom was thoroughly disinfected, and the common areas were cleaned regularly every day, with no unpleasant odors. The appliances in the room worked perfectly, and hot water was available 24 hours a day; the basic infrastructure was reliable and didn't fail me. The surrounding area is quiet and clean, with convenience stores downstairs and on each floor. The room has good natural light and ventilation, making for a convenient and comfortable environment. The front desk helped me store my luggage until late and provided detailed information about nearby transportation; their service was professional and thoughtful."

"Excellent hotel with hot spring facilities at the foot of Mount Tianshan. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our white Xmas stay at the wujiang resort and it is only 10 mins walk to the tourist centre for the stunning tianchi and bodega peak of the tianshan range. The only drawback is the limited food choices available in the area. There are not many tourists due to the low tourism season but we are definitely not complaining about it at all. :)"

"This is the second time this year that I have stayed at Fukang Yaxuan International Hotel. The geographical location of the wine is a must-visit place when going to Tianchi, Turpan and Fuyun in Tianshan Mountains. The hotel parking lot is very large and has ample parking spaces. The room was also very big and the bed was clean. In comparison, breakfast is a bit inferior. Especially group tourists travel early. Tourists flock in early in the morning and most of the dishes are sold out."

"After staying for two days, the front desk lady opened a room on the second floor that had not been cleaned, and had to change to another room on the third floor. Then I didn't inform in advance that I needed to go to the front desk to activate the room card after I went out the next day, otherwise I couldn't open the room. As a result, I finally walked to the innermost room on the third floor and then went down to the front desk on the first floor to activate the room card.
Let's talk about the room, the air conditioner is not warm, and the bath water is not hot enough. Adjusting to the head is the temperature of warm water. I walked for a day during the day and wanted to come back to take a hot hot bath. I can make do with it, otherwise I am really afraid of catching a cold. The curtains in the room are bad and cannot be switched on and off.
Breakfast is even more difficult to say, the variety is pitiful, except that porridge and soy milk are hot, whether it is staple food or dish, it is cold.
It is the hotel with the worst experience among the hotels I have stayed in Xinjiang. I sincerely suggest that the store upgrade the hotel's software and hardware and services as a whole."

"The first stop on my Xinjiang trip. It's very close to Tianchi Lake in the Tianshan Mountains. It's convenient to drive there after breakfast. I mailed some food to the hotel receptionist in advance, and she helped receive it."

"This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel is perfectly located, very close to the Tianshan Tianchi International Ski Resort and Tianshan Tianchi Lake. The slopes are within easy reach, but snow doesn't arrive until December, making winter skiing particularly convenient. The room was spacious and clean, with great lighting. At night, I could even enjoy a star-filled sky from the balcony, which was incredibly relaxing. The surroundings were beautiful, and the sunset view was so stunning I couldn't bear to close the window. There's also a campsite nearby, where you can spot wildlife! It was a great experience camping under the stars. The price was very reasonable, and they even included discounted admission to the scenic area, making it a great value. The front desk staff was also very attentive and helpful, providing detailed instructions on how to get to the scenic area. They also reminded me of the low temperatures inside the Tianchi area and encouraged me to dress warmly, which was a great experience. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and will definitely be back!"
