"The room was very spacious, the faucet of the sink and shower room had a large amount of water, and there was hot water soon, which was not bad. A simple breakfast is provided. Others are very general, the room facilities look old, not like it has been renovated in 24 years. It was said that it was an executive suite. After I checked in, I said that there was a mahjong table in the room. The photos displayed in the room type were not reflected. The mahjong table and the wooden floor around the bed looked like traces of cigarette butts falling on the ground. The bed is hard. The sanitation is very general, and the hair on the floor drain in the shower room is not cleaned."

When checking in, the front desk lady did not agree at first. The upgrade problem was solved through communication. I hope that Ctrip and the merchant can be consistent to avoid affecting the customer experience."
