1、前台不夠專業，態度也不好，和沒有經過培訓的快捷酒店服務差不多。2、去之前提前打電話溝通説免費提供木炭，提供燒烤爐，等我們到了後，直接説沒有了，後來自己開車4公里去買。3、天氣冷晚上要求加被子，電話前台直接兩字説沒有，後來一再要求，才答應服務員送來一床被子。4、首頁説的垂釣，酒店內部是有個死水塘沒有魚。5、旁邊施工挖掘機不停幹活，白天噪音大6、退房的時候大堂一個人沒有，等了很久才來人。

酒店非常好，超出預期。別墅很大，房間多，非常適合親友幾家人一起住。別墅設施全，大客廳、牌桌、還有室內室外温泉泡池。別墅旁邊的温泉區有二十多個温泉泡池，種類豐富，温泉水是地下打上來的真温泉。這個温泉酒店就在焦崗湖旅遊景區內。適合度假、休閑、養生、娛樂。酒店和温泉的服務人員都非常友好，並主動為客户提供所需幫助。這個温泉酒店真是個寶藏酒店，淮南人也能在自己家鄉泡温泉了。以後每年回來都要來這裏泡温泉。目前剛開業不久，性價比非常高。待以後大家都知道了，怕是供不應求，就擼不到羊毛了。現在冬天正合適，抓緊來吧。

温泉放水的阿姨服務很好，晚上還要服務人員送的紅酒起子和拖鞋牙刷，就是有個移門鎖不上，早上7點有個小朋友走錯了房間了，嚇我們一跳，把我們都搞醒了
設施：床墊很舒服，上面還有一層乳膠墊
衞生：打掃的很乾凈
帶院子，院子還有兩個温泉，都沒人泡，感覺浪費了
環境：很棒

新酒店環境設備還算不錯，但商旅服務和員工技能態度還是很跟不上，比如住別墅區去公共湯池居然連個接駁車沒有，客人得自己迎着寒風走過去，前台的服務也很不專業，一問三不知衹會往管家身上推，尤其是第二天12.00前就必須退房我感覺很不人性化，住大別墅大多數都是三五好友一起，肯定會玩到很晚的，退房也就算了，前台還不到12.00還會打電話催你，毫無任何服務用語，甚至是非常不禮貌，連個稱呼都沒有，上來就一句你到12點要退房啊，我反問現在12.00了嗎？前台也沒有任何致歉，而是再次重複12.00前要退房，無語至極從來沒見過哪裡的前台這個崗位是這樣語氣講話的，給人極度不專業的感覺。整體環境設備搞得不錯，別毀在這些基礎服務上面瞭然後周邊吃的也很少，點外賣也點不到

住的硬件設施不錯，但是空調製熱不行，住的別墅差點凍死。前台服務一般，住的管家不錯，隨叫隨到。私湯温泉是鹹的，孩子臉上幹，大人臉上幹，癢，不舒服。公共湯泉朋友晚上去的説，前台臉黑，裏面沒工作人員沒人，誇張的説淹死了都不知道😂

這酒店是今年五月才開業的，坐落於湖畔，環境優美，酒店是別墅類型，衞生條件很好。一樓的原天井改成了温泉池，有温泉可泡，還有院子和公用客廳、餐廳、衞生間，設施齊全。房間也帶衞浴間，很是方便。美中不足是早餐，説起來是服務員送到房子裏的，吃飽是沒有問題，可是品種卻少的可憐。酒店沒有自己的餐廳，用餐要去附近的小餐廳，廚藝和衞生都不敢恭維。最致命一條是房子裏裝潢的味道特別刺鼻，大熱天開着空調開着窗户氣味還是很濃郁，沒人測甲醛含量，肯定是超標的。因為到酒店已經很晚了，忍着頭皮將就了一晚上，第二天立刻逃離了。希望酒店能為客人的健康着想，把房間的甲醛污染問題解決了再對外接待遊客。
