"A perfect hotel!! The location is incredible, right inside the reserve with a beautiful mountain view. The hotel service is excellent — they know a little English and are very service-oriented. They upgraded us for free to a huge room. There’s bed heating, floor heating, and plenty of hot water. The room itself was huge and beautiful with everything you need. The hotel has a restaurant that’s really delicious, and there’s always tea and candy available to take. They helped us understand which trails to do and how to get everywhere in the reserve. One night, one of us felt altitude sickness, and they helped us a lot with an oxygen machine and excellent service with genuine care. Overall, a top-tier hotel."

"Of all the hotels I stayed at during my trip to Western Sichuan, this was the best I could recommend!
First: It was cheap! Incredibly cheap! Excellent value for money!
Second: Because it was a new hotel, the facilities were all new and clean! Anyone who's traveled to Western Sichuan knows how important a clean hotel is!
Third: It had underfloor heating! When I booked, I saw it had underfloor heating, but the price was so cheap that I even called the owner to confirm it was there and could be turned on. I checked again when I arrived. I was amazed when I went in; the lobby was huge and bright, completely unlike its ordinary appearance from the outside.
The only downside is that it's located in a village, making it more suitable for those traveling by car."

"From check-in to check-out, everything was thoughtful. The concierge and front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic, even thoughtfully preparing brown sugar ginger tea and welcome fruits. Facilities: The hotel has a 24-hour medical oxygen bar, and just 10 minutes there quickly relieves altitude sickness. The rooms have a diffuse medical oxygen supply, which lowers the perceived altitude to about 2700 meters, allowing for a good night's sleep. Service: As soon as we arrived at the hotel entrance, a butler helped with our luggage and escorted us to our room after check-in. The next morning, when we were checking out, the front desk proactively asked if we needed help with our luggage, which was a very thoughtful touch. Hygiene: The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, was clean, tidy, and well-ventilated. The lobby was also kept spotless at all times. The airport shuttle stop is right outside the hotel, and booking certain room types includes a free airport drop-off, making it the best choice for return journeys."

"Value for money. Exceptional hospitality. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. This was my second stayed after moved out from Yading Village. They greeting me with big smile. The couples also very helpful in getting me the transportation into the national park as well as to the airport. I had a very pleasant stayed towards entire journey and this place is highly recommended. Sometimes is the people who makes you remember the most."

"The B&B's overall ambiance is amazing, with a strong ethnic vibe everywhere. The owner, a lovely lady, is incredibly gentle and kind, offering attentive and thoughtful service. She can help arrange travel tickets and tour itineraries. The location is superb, just a five or six-minute walk to the scenic area, and they even offer free shuttle service to and from town. The front desk staff patiently recommends local specialty dishes, making dining and getting around super convenient. I highly recommend it! Although I didn't take any pictures, I truly urge everyone to go; I promise I'm not a shill!"

"Honestly, I don't think this hotel deserves a 4.8 rating based on my personal experience.
First off, the front desk lady who checked me in and helped with parking was very enthusiastic.
I originally booked this hotel because the description mentioned in-room oxygen supply. However, another front desk staff member told me that the oxygen equipment couldn't be delivered to the room and was only available in the hotel lobby. That was a big disappointment.
The complimentary congee in the evening and the breakfast were both decent.
The hotel's location, situated between the town and the scenic area, is a bit awkward. It's inconvenient for dining, and driving to the scenic area means dealing with traffic."
