"The hotel boasts a beautiful environment, with clean and tidy rooms, and a rich and delicious breakfast spread. A big thank you to Selina from the front desk for upgrading me to a central lake-view room with a huge balcony. The view was incredibly expansive and absolutely stunning – truly my top choice for a vacation. The location is superb, right in the central lake district, and shuttle bus 001 from the high-speed train station goes directly to the hotel. The staff are all friendly and polite, and any requests were promptly attended to. Although the hotel has been open for 16 years and some facilities are a bit dated, it doesn't affect their use, and some rooms have already been renovated (floors 6-8). It will definitely be my first choice again next time."

"Staying in Building 1 of Greentown, our room with a large balcony directly faced Qiandao Lake, which really set the perfect vacation mood. The staff in the breakfast area were kind and friendly, and the food selection was rich and varied. We particularly enjoyed having breakfast while admiring the lake view. Our dedicated butler provided thoughtful assistance throughout our stay, and all the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, we were very satisfied with the service and highly recommend it for family trips."

"Our stay this time was extremely satisfying! The hotel boasts beautiful scenery and a tranquil environment, offering excellent overall privacy. The room had high ceilings and was spacious and grand, making for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast selection was rich and abundant, and the taste was on point. All staff members provided warm and attentive service. A special thanks goes to Manager Lily Hu, who, considering the dampness common on the first floor, thoughtfully arranged for a dehumidifier – full of thoughtful details. Our entire stay was very pleasant, and it's definitely worth coming back!"

"Coming to Qiandao Lake during the off-season was incredibly comfortable; no crowds at all. This room type is super spacious with two king-sized beds (1.8m each), perfect for friends traveling together or family trips. After check-in, someone even helped us with our luggage to the room and explained the hotel facilities. Our butler, Ziva, frequently checked in to see if we needed anything during our stay, and she was also helpful with questions about tourist attractions. Extremely satisfied!"

"Thanks to Meiyangyang for upgrading our room; the service was warm and polite. The Hilton Qiandao Lake Resort is very new. We drove there, and as soon as we parked the car in front of the hotel, the security guard thoughtfully put a sunshade on our front windshield. Our room on the 27th floor was clean and tidy, with a partial lake view. There are many restaurants nearby, and the mall is also within walking distance. The room was clean and hygienic, the bedding was comfortable, and the breakfast was rich and delicious, including freshly baked bread, welcome fruit, and even a departure gift. We'll definitely come again next time!"

"The hotel's location is indeed quite remote, 50 km from the high-speed train station. It's really only suitable for guests who plan to stay within the resort and not venture out. I had great experiences with other Club Meds before, so I visited the Nanjing and Qiandao Lake ones during the summer. I came to this one with tempered expectations, knowing it wouldn't be as good as the traditional villages. However, it's even worse than the Xianlin Club Med in Nanjing. The service is the absolute worst; no one was enthusiastic or welcoming. The buffet was unappetizing, and the 'Yi Bar' drinks were also bad. I truly regret booking an all-inclusive package – it was not worth it! It should just be treated as a regular hotel. If you're not going to participate in Club Med's extensive activities and interact with the G.O.s, there's no point in coming to such a remote Club Med! There are plenty of 5-star hotels in towns. I booked two rooms and specifically requested them to be adjacent to my parents' room, but they ended up being several doors apart, which was fine. However, one room wasn't ready until 4 PM, and then at checkout, they wouldn't even allow one room a late checkout, claiming it was fully booked. It was a Monday, what 'fully booked' are they talking about? I think it's more likely that there weren't enough housekeeping staff, so they couldn't get things ready in time! The room's cleanliness was mediocre, and there were flies at the buffet. Breakfast items were also refilled very slowly. Most importantly, the evening activities were very lackluster. The G.O.s showed no enthusiasm, there was no atmosphere; they just seemed to be going through the motions. There wasn't even a participation show for the children. Overall, I'm very disappointed with this Qiandao Lake Club Med. It's terrible. I didn't experience the Club Med hotel culture or philosophy at all. I do not recommend staying here."

"I was very satisfied with this hotel. Since many cyclists stayed there for cycling competitions, the hotel thoughtfully brought breakfast to 6 AM. They were also very responsive and helpful in answering all my questions. The rooms were very clean, and the best part was the hot water in the shower – no waiting at all! I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I'm in Qiandao Lake."

"Booked a lake view room and got an upgrade upon check-in. The room was quite spacious, though the decor felt a bit dated. The open-plan bathroom, with the bathtub and sink integrated into the room, was a bit unusual for me, but it was great that each room had a dehumidifier. The service was excellent; rooms were cleaned quickly, and breakfast offered a good variety, with plates cleared efficiently. Direct access to the water park from the first floor was super convenient. Lunch at the hotel was a bit pricey but tasted good. I'd definitely consider staying here again. Finally, the high-speed rail shuttle service was good, though the air conditioning in the vehicle wasn't very effective."
