"Booking this place was an absolute delight! It wasn't so much the 'stargazing room' itself that impressed me, but rather the fantastic Ora restaurant that came with it. My family and friends shared a complimentary afternoon tea here, which instantly lifted our spirits after a few gloomy days in Kanas. Everyone exclaimed, 'This is what a vacation should feel like!' I absolutely adored the restaurant's aesthetic – from the lighting and music to the spacing of the tables and chairs, the decorative chandeliers and ceilings, the wallpaper, tiles, and even the carpet choices. Every detail exuded a magnificent, elaborate yet understated beauty; the owner must have impeccable taste. Since the afternoon tea was so delicious, we decided to have dinner there as well. That was equally satisfying, and I finally got to enjoy a fantastic 'big plate chicken.' There were even performances in the evening, making us feel as if we were in a foreign country. Now, about the stargazing room: First off, the rooms are spaced generously apart, so there's no feeling of being cramped or overlooked. The ground-level path lights don't obstruct the view or hinder stargazing, unlike tall pillar lights. Previously, when staying in Kanas, every hotel would warn us to wait at least 20 minutes between showers for the electric water heater to catch up. Here, I noticed the cold water pipe of the electric water heater was connected to the hot water outlet of an instant electric water heater – a double safety measure! The hotel has clearly put a lot of thought into this. Furthermore, the stargazing rooms have underfloor heating, and the complimentary toiletries (thick slippers, wooden combs, and toothpaste in a lotion-like tube) were all of excellent quality, almost luxurious. Once again, I'm genuinely impressed that the Chao Ke Stargazing project is run with such dedication. The aesthetics, taste, and standards are all incredibly high, and the price is reasonable. Grateful for this experience! Finally, a small suggestion for improvement, which I hope can be addressed. Since the roof of the stargazing room is flat, water tends to accumulate after rain, leading to water stains once it dries. This makes the glass quite dirty, obscuring the view of the stars from inside. If the glass could be regularly cleaned or a cleaning device installed, it would be absolutely perfect."

"The location is superb, with direct views of Sayram Lake from the lake-view rooms, showcasing the lake, mountains, flowers, and even cats. On clear days, you can even see snow-capped mountains. The service was also good; any small issues were resolved smoothly. The hotel offers afternoon tea and late-night snacks, ensuring you're always fueled up with carbs, so even late-arriving travelers can enjoy a satisfying meal and drink."

"There is a yard for parking. The breakfast area is not big but the dishes are very good. The staff is enthusiastic. The room decoration has many functional areas. It is the first time I have encountered such functional design. It is beyond imagination. I ate at the restaurant of the Internet celebrity hotel, but I stayed at the Hilton. It was indeed the right choice."

"The environment is great, and the breakfast selection is rich. However, since the morning temperature was quite low, the food cooled down very quickly. It would be nice if the restaurant could turn up the heating a bit. The room had all the basic amenities, and the hot water was comfortable to use, although the water heater switch was a bit clunky. Also, the window of this room type overlooks a large construction site, so if you don't want to be bothered by noise, you might want to choose a different room. "The room has a big smell, the air conditioner in the room has abnormal noise, the bedding is unhygienic and stains. Front desk service is OK. At 5 o'clock in the morning, there is a lot of garbage truck noise outside the street window. If you sleep lightly, don't choose a room facing the street. It super affects sleep."

"The hotel is located within their commercial district, and we initially had trouble finding it, but the front desk lady was very kind and came to pick us up. Beyond that, there were many additional services, like the butler helping with laundry and drying, which was super convenient and didn't interrupt our plans at all. There was even complimentary coffee to take away when we left, which was surprisingly delicious—perhaps due to the fragrant milk. I would recommend this to everyone visiting Saihu!"
