"This stay was incredibly heartwarming! My reservation originally didn't include breakfast, but the front desk staff, Kamy and Dora, thoughtfully offered it to me for free, which was a wonderful surprise. After checking out, I accidentally left some personal belongings in the room. The hotel noticed right away and promptly called me to inform me, showing how attentive and responsible their staff are. The front desk staff were gentle and friendly, and their thoughtfulness was evident in every interaction. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again for my next trip!"

"Business Travel Hotel (Aksu Jiefang South Road) is economical and practical as a whole. The most prominent advantage of the guest rooms is that the area is spacious and the activity space is sufficient, and it will not feel depressed. However, the bathroom facilities are slightly outdated, the sanitary ware and shower experience are average, and guests with high hardware requirements may need to reduce expectations appropriately. The location is special~ hidden inside a farmer's market on Jiefang South Road, the surrounding environment is a bit messy, and it may feel a little strange to find the way for the first time. However, because the location and configuration are not core, the price is relatively close to the people, and the price is acceptable for passengers with limited budgets. If you are driving overnight, or as a temporary stop before going to the next stop, it is completely acceptable to stay for one night."

"Our last stop in Southern Xinjiang was a very pleasant stay! They offered complimentary breakfast, and when we asked for local food recommendations, they suggested 'Warehouse No. 3 Restaurant,' which had excellent ambiance, service, and dishes. The breakfast was also rich and delicious. Since we had a late flight, the front desk attendant kindly arranged for a late check-out after learning about our situation. It was a truly delightful experience."

"My first impression of the hotel wasn't great. The road in front was closed, and the street outside was packed with parked cars! It took us ages to find the parking entrance. The female security guard at the entrance had a really bad attitude. She was there for both check-in and check-out. When we asked for a luggage cart, she just wheeled it over and stared at us, not offering to help. We had to specifically ask her to move each bag. It was the same when we checked out. Eventually, we just gave up and moved our own luggage to the car. We've been on a road trip, and this is the first time we've encountered anything like it! I initially let it go during check-in, thinking she was a female security guard and perhaps working hard, but since it happened again at check-out, I have to mention it. It really tarnishes Hilton's image, doesn't it?
Also, the room felt a bit small. The bathroom and shower are together, and it felt like the door couldn't even open properly. I strongly suggest installing some hooks and towel rails; having none at all is really inconvenient!
There were some good points though. The bathroom had a non-slip mat, which most Hampton by Hilton hotels on our trip didn't. With my elderly mother, safety comes first, and normally when I ask hotels for one, they can only give us another floor mat.
Another plus was the humidifier in the room. That was a lifesaver! Sometimes on our trip, my throat felt so dry at night. As someone from the south, I'm giving a big thumbs up for the humidifier!"

"My stay at the Hampton by Hilton Aksu was excellent. The room was spacious and elegantly designed, with smart controls throughout, and the bedding was just the right balance of soft and firm. Waking up, I could gaze out the window at the majestic Tianshan Mountains, with the main peak, Tomur, shimmering brilliantly in the morning sun. The hotel breakfast offered a rich selection of both Western and Chinese dishes, allowing me to enjoy delicious food while admiring the stunning landscape. Furthermore, Manager He from the front office and Xiao Yi at the front desk provided incredibly warm and attentive service, always ready to assist with any request, which we greatly appreciated. This hotel truly blends the grandeur of snow-capped peaks with a luxurious travel experience, making it an unforgettable stay."

"The beautiful receptionist was very welcoming. The room was newly renovated and equipped with smart technology. Laundry and a fitness center are all available. The place was clean, and the breakfast was particularly rich. My takeout order was delivered by the hotel's robot (👍). The stay was a great experience. (I took a few quick photos before leaving.)

"I stayed here for several days last time and had a good experience, so I chose Home Inn again this time. Chain brands are reliable.
The staff has a strong sense of quality service. Although I only stayed in Aksu for one day, everyone I met, from the manager to the beautiful lady at the front desk, were very polite. The hotel's management in this regard is in place. The hotel is very clean. One detail can reflect this. The hotel has two washing machines and two dryers. The washing machines are clean. There is freshly ground coffee at the front desk of the hotel. There are cute succulents in the guest building. These are all what I like. There is free on-site parking.

"This hotel is super easy to find, right by the main road and diagonally opposite the stadium. They have their own charging stations, and the parking lot is quite spacious and convenient. The facilities are comprehensive, and the room was clean and hygienic. All the towels, bath towels, and bathrobes came sealed in individual plastic bags, which was a nice touch. The room itself was quite large, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and even offered complimentary shoe shining for guests – truly thoughtful! Breakfast was also good. Highly recommend staying here!"

"Before coming to this hotel, the check-in process at the front desk was very efficient, and the front desk staff was polite and attentive. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I had a very restful night's sleep. The surrounding area is convenient for getting around and has complete amenities. The overall experience was fantastic, and I'm very satisfied! I'll definitely recommend it to my friends! When booking, we received complimentary breakfast and late check-out, which enhanced our stay. They even proactively upgraded our room type, which was excellent!!! This is my top choice for accommodation in Aksu!!!"

"Service: The hotel has a great location, right in the city center, close to restaurants and local shopping streets. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us. Cleanliness: The room was very clean; the bedding and toiletries seemed unused. The room was spacious, the underfloor heating was great, and thankfully the air conditioning worked. The room was also well soundproofed, so we slept soundly at night.
Overall, this was one of the most satisfying accommodations during my trip to Southern Xinjiang. From the room experience to the staff service, everything was excellent!"
