"HOTEL GARTENSEA CAORLE Wir haben dieses Jahr unseren Familienurlaub in Caorle verbracht. Die Hotelwahl fiel auf das GARDENSEA, wie sich herausstellte: eine ausgezeichnete Wahl. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich von den Hotelbesitzern begrüßt. Die gebuchten Zimmer waren sehr geräumig, hervorragend modern ausgestattet und - für Ästeten interessant- Böden, Wände und Möblierung waren farblich optimal abgestimmt. Das Bad ist sehr großzügig (die große Dusche: sehr wohltuend). Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück kann bei schönem Wetter auf der Terrasse vor dem Pool eingenommen werden: das Angebot an Speisen und Getränke lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Das Bedienungspersonal ist äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und flink. Abends wird das Abendessen im Restaurant eingenommen. Die Weinkarte ist sehr umfangreich, eine Reise durch alle guten Weingegenden Italiens. Die Küche als sehr gut zu bezeichnen wäre nicht angemessen, sie ist vorzüglich. Das Salatbüffet ist reichlich ausgestattet. Die Poollandschaft ist sehr schön, mit einem großen Pool, Kinderbecken und Whirlpool (siehe Bilder) in eine grüne Umgebung eingebettet und täglich sorgfältig gepflegt. Snacks und Getränke werden auf Wunsch am Pool serviert. Ein Fitnessraum, gut ausgestattet ist vorhanden, den SPA Bereich kann ich nicht beurteilen, da er von uns nicht in Anspruch genommen wurde. Es stehen Fahrräder bereit, die kostenlos ausgeliehen werden können, damit kann man bequem zum Ortszentrum fahren oder Ausflüge (sehr zu empfehlen) im Lagunenbereich unternehmen. Interessant für E-PKW Fahrer, eine Ladesäule ist vorhanden und wir konnten bei der Ankunft und vor der Abfahrt die Batterie vollladen. Fazit: wir sind zum ersten Mal dort gewesen, aber sicherlich nicht zum letzten Mal."

"Very nice hotel, new and well located with Friendly and welcoming staff. We checkout at their last day, so I was afraid to get a poor service but it didn't happen. Everything was very good, wellness area is spacious and clean, room great with a wonderful view over the sea and breakfast was full of choices. Highly recommended, also for low-season or winter stays."

"Unacceptable handling of guest vehicles – no support after complaint The hotel staff parked our car far from the hotel, hidden near an abandoned building and dense vegetation. Scratches on the car were clearly visible. Thanks to the GPS tracker, we managed to locate it ourselves. Despite reporting the issue at reception and via email, we received no response. Completely unprofessional. Guests – be very careful where they park your vehicle. I cannot recommend this hotel."

"All in all great service and relaxing. Family with 3 kids (5, 13, 16) and all appreciated the pool area and possibility to go down to the beach close by. The reson why it is weak 4 are: -pool not heated (at least it was very cold), should be possible with solar heating -the padel course are not close by, need to go by car for 10 min (we could perhaps have looked in to this beforehand) -the construction work and the sound of it during week days was very loud, not only to our appartment, but foremost to the pool area. We would off course consider to come back, a lot thanks to the kind and service minded personell and closeness to Caorle who was great to spend the evenings at."
