"As a hotel officially rated 5 stars, we expected a considerably higher standard of service and problem management. Unfortunately, based on our experience, the overall experience felt closer to that of a 3-star hotel — although, in our opinion, this kind of attitude and problem management would not be acceptable there either. What disappointed us most was not necessarily the individual problems themselves, but the fact that, on several occasions, Reception did not seem genuinely focused on finding a solution. Instead, we were given explanations for why the problems had occurred. There was a repeated lack of genuine accountability on the hotel’s part: in many cases, either we or the circumstances were blamed for the problems, rather than the hotel taking responsibility, acknowledging what had happened and addressing it appropriately."

"A lovely hotel. There were a good few things that had to be addressed initially but staff were very helpful on reception. WiFi not working in room - never sorted. If you’re in the River Suites with an iPhone you will likely never have access to WiFi in your room, we didn’t. Second key not working and had to ask twice to get it working. Towels and dressing gown smell dreadful of some kind of perfume that must be the washing product. We had to air them on the balcony airer because they made our skin smell of the product. TV remote not working,batteries corroded and had to get them changed. Jacuzzi plug wouldn’t release so had to call maintenance Breakfast very chaotic and no explanation re what was where etc and eating dinner was very expensive. We only did it on the first day until we sorted getting in to town. However, these are small things that didn’t spoil the holiday. Our suite had a fantastic wraparound balcony with views of the river and sea. We were so glad we brought our binoculars. It also had a shower and sauna and jacuzzi. The grounds had a pool that was never busy and loungers. We didn’t use the beach though there is one. The hotel will loan you bikes. We used their free shuttle service into town. And there is a ferry across the river. A relaxing great stay."

"Very nice hotel, new and well located with Friendly and welcoming staff. We checkout at their last day, so I was afraid to get a poor service but it didn't happen. Everything was very good, wellness area is spacious and clean, room great with a wonderful view over the sea and breakfast was full of choices. Highly recommended, also for low-season or winter stays."

"Honestly the best hotel in Caorle so far. Here is my detailed rating. I visited with family and i was in room 208 from 28th to 30th june. -Recepcionist girl was very kind and was talking few different language. She helped us leave our luggage before check-in and we went to beach. Everything solved quickly. -Room was nice and clean with two balcony, one balcony was biggest one i had in a hotel. -Bathroom clean, everything changed daily. -Restaurant (for breakfast) very nice ambient, plenty of food to choose and clean. Coffee from machine i didnt like but there was barman who made really good coffee. Food was added instantly when empty. Same with drinks. Waiters and staff rating 10/10! Best organized so far. -Bar in ground floor is excellent. You dont need to walk anywhere else. Good cocktails. We even ordered kalamari plate from near restaurant (Bloom) and they take it for us. Service 10/10 And kalamari 10/10 nice, crispy and fresh. -Outside pool is nice and clean, cleaned every day. We enjoyed our time there on hot day 38C. Water was refreshing and also there was a bar and we had few drinks. -Prices. Hotel price we paid was very low because we booked early in january. You pay parking price and beach but even if you count that in price is still affordable for this kind of hotel. Prices in bars and restaurant are ok for 4 star hotel nothing too expensive. Final conclusion: Hotel is nice and worth the price. I think it deserve better rating."
