"What a fantastic guesthouse. We have stayed in many guest houses but this one beats them all. The house is beautifully decorated, lovely spacious bedrooms, extremely comfortable beds and everywhere scrupulously clean. Nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is delightful and always freshly cooked. We have already booked for next year, and we cannot recommend this guesthouse highly enough. Thank you. Looking forward to our next visit already!!"

"AWFUL MANAGEMENT. Got turned away as they assumed our dogs was xls. No sympathy no care. Just didnt want us there. They do not know the right law regarding dogs, they assumed ours were xl bullies, our dogs are pocket bullies and 13cm height.... stayed there last year and wasnt a problem. Yet speaking with locals, there has been new managment and its starting to go down hill."

"I’ve stayed at many Premier Inns across the UK while travelling for work, but this one truly stands out. The atmosphere is just different, it's exceptionally well managed, maintained to a high standard, and the food was the best I’ve had at any Premier Inn. The team made a real difference to my stay. From the warm welcome to the friendly interaction with Jasmin and Tony as soon as I came down for breakfast, they started my day on a high and made my experience truly memorable. Even house keeping saying a simple good morning with a smile… I felt acknowledged. You can tell this is a team that works incredibly well together, and they should all be very proud of what they’ve created. Thank you to the entire team, and thank you, Premier Inn. I’ll definitely be back very soon."

"it breaks my heart to say bude holiday resort you have failed, in customer service, quality of caravan, unclean caravan, furniture unfit for purpose, kettle and chopping board's unfit for service, lack of understanding of emergency procedure with 55 miles hour wind, a club house with no food, no early arrival area w/c vending machine, receptionist who did not call to say if your room is ready, when they said they would, a receptionist who would say i am to busy to sort out your unclean caravan you will have to wait, I can give you pictures, as the management have replied we will use them in our next training session, they think a 15 percent discount is the answer , knowing I will never use it what you see on the screen you will not get , as it is stated in the small print, as I was told"

"I cannot leave a good review, this camping site is basic, nice palm trees but that’s about it. If you like the vibe of hen parties and stag parties with people loud and fires and football games then this is for you! The facilities are basic, no one on site to help, just mobile numbers left on the reception door which no one answers. The showers were cold and basic, only two taps for water, expensive for a camp trip. The owner did not communicate until a month after my stay. People were leaving because it was so bad! I cannot recommend as my holiday was ruined and cut short. Asked for some of my money back and offered just 15% off my next booking! Then silence …. Just like they do not answer their mobiles. The campsite is on a slope grass needed cutting so Maintenance was poor. I cannot give anymore than 1 Star! Not very large pitches and cars parked across others pitches if they had a caravan and awning. Great location for bude but that’s about it."
