Premier Inn Bude

I was a walk in for breakfast. I was served by a lovely young lady Connie who was very attentative and made me feel very relaxed and welcome. Offering me drinks and explained how breakfast worked. Her customer service skills were second to none. The chef Tony introduced himself and cooked me fresh food. The food itself was delicious and well prepared. Tony checked frequently that I was happy with the food. He is a credit to your team. I would highly recommend premier Inn breakfast.

We called in yesterfay for a breakfast in their restaurant. It was amazing value for money! Children eat free! There was fantastic choice and we all loved it. The staff were helpful and in particular Tony on the hot food section. He was a lovely man who couldn't do enough to help, and wanted everyone to enjoy it.

Lovely stay. Only stayed one night but the room was spacious and extremely clean. The bed was comfortable. The people above us were pretty noisy walking around early hours in the morning but this can't be helped. The breakfast in the morning was also tasty.

Stayed at this hotel for one night as we were going on some were else. The Inn was easy to get to, close to the town centre, car parks, beaches and shops. The rooms to the front of the Inn overlook the tidal River Neet with its footpath to the Bude Marshes with its wild life and bird hides.

The hotel location was good and carpark not too far away and not too expensive. The staff were ok, room could have been cleaner as sand was still on our bathroom floor and receptionist discouraged us from eating dinner in the hotel saying it’s a basic menu and they aren’t really set up for food, she recommended a terrible pub that was not family suitable and we felt v uncomfortable in so we left quickly and we went to the Olive Tree which was lovely! We booked for breakfast to be told we hadn’t and there were no seats, we said we had booked and they looked again and said well you only booked for two and there’s three of you, we said no we booked for three and we had watched the lady write three, he said well it looks like a two to me, he offered a horrible low small coffee table which we said no to as we had booked for three! Eventually he gave us a table but we felt v awkward. The chef with the long hair was sooo lovely and made us feel more welcome, he also cooked breakfast to perfection!

Stayed for the night with friends - room was good and enjoyed a bath and a cuppa. Had a great experience at Breakfast and the chef Tony as relaxed and friendly and made sure there was always hot food with a smile - great base for swimming the coastal path and exploring Bude.

Premier inn always give tours a good night stay. The rooms are always what you expect. Bude location was great, with everything in walking distance. Parking is a short stay away and was only £7 for 24 hours. Didn’t use the restaurant as plenty around.

Traveled to Bude for a ****ing last weekend . The staff was polite , although a couple of things stand out. We booked a family room but received a made up family room with extra beds added which was disappointing as we booked a family room and called express in advance to make sure we’re receiving the right room. The breakfast as alright , although the pastries were cold and hard through the stay. For the continental breakfast I was surprised not to see any ham or cheese only cereals and the hard pastries. On Saturday night myself and my friend arrived at the hotel to have a drink . The lady at the bar was serving someone so I just waited patiently. There was a mixed up at the till so she went to grab the lady from reception. She just straight away closed the bar without any notice of it. As I’ve worked in hospitality myself for 3+ years I know a bit how it should be in terms of common sense towards the customers and there was none.
