Hotels with Breakfast in Sonora

A great stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Huge room which was well equipped. Basic breakfast but adequate for what was needed. Very well situated on the Main Street and parking was easy and accessible at the back of the hotel in their sister hotel.

Arrived here the night before, watching the introduction is closer to Yosemite. It is a very historic hotel, you can feel it from the facilities, but the price is relatively cheap. It’s a bit cold at night, just take it as a night. The room rate includes breakfast, but there are few types of breakfast, fruit, cereal, coffee and milk. But there is an old lady who is very enthusiastic. Check out the next morning and head straight to Yosemite. I drove for nearly an hour. There are many winding roads, but the speed in the United States is still much faster than in China. The roads are very dangerous, but I think it is okay.

The room was clean, but the A/C unit was not working properly, there was something rattling all night on the roof (I was in second floor room) that kept waking me up, and the house phone kept blinking red. When I brought this up to the night front desk clerk, she said it does that sometimes and we don't know why, and had no response to the other complaint about the roof noise or the A/C. To add insult to injury, they offer a $5 off coupon for the restaurant next door, which is pretty good. The same clerk that had no answers on the things told me ”you had a discount rate, so you don't get the coupons, but when I told that when I checked in the other clerk, a pleasant fellow, told me that I did receive them and gave me one for the first night. Then when I checked out, this same clerk that had the attitude told me because I paid for the room online that she couldn't gibe me a receipt! I have never heard of such a thing and this clerk was nothing but RUDE about it too. I had stayed here in previous years, but this place has deteriorated and now with the rude treatment I won't stay there anymore and have suggested to other friends that come to annual event in the Sonora area not to book any rooms there!

It was a nice unique hotel. The building history is really cool and the rooms represented that. Was pretty clean but rooms are generally smaller the regular hotels but the bathroom was really big and impressive. The pool was great. The breakfast was actually pretty decent the offerings changed a bit in our 2 day stay which gave it variety. The waffle maker is great. I would definitely stay again. Just fyi there are no cards to access the room they are actually keys and the doors self lock.

The location of the hotel is very good! We are within walking distance of large supermarkets, high street shops and restaurants. The accommodation environment is clean and well-equipped, and parking is convenient. What's even better is that the reception staff are very enthusiastic and take the initiative to introduce us to many local attractions and fun places. Breakfast is right next to the reception desk, with great coffee and simple but sincere snacks. Sonora is a warm and cozy town with historical atmosphere and temperament. There are various styles of houses, delicious restaurants, and specialty shops on both sides of the street...it is worth visiting here.
