The overall environment of the hotel is very good, the location is good, there is a subway and supermarkets are convenient for shopping, the disadvantage is that it is a little expensive, and it would be better if slippers could be provided

Nice hotel with nice people. The room was confortable and clean. The train is closed to the hotel. Only one bad thing: the car Park was very expensive. Should be indicated in the hotel description.

I had a great stay at Arcadian Hotel Brookline. The room was very clean and spacious, making it really comfortable to relax after a long day. The location is excellent—there’s a Green Line train stop right in front of the hotel, which makes getting around Boston super easy and convenient. They also offer a simple breakfast with options like bread, boiled eggs, cereal, fruit, milk, tea, coffee, and cheese. It’s not fancy, but it’s perfect for a quick start to the day. Overall, it’s definitely worth the price, and I would happily stay here again! 

I booked through a third party, and there was some confusion about weather I had pre-paid or not upon check-in. However, it was handled very smoothly by staff, and they allowed me to go up to my room and take a few minutes to check through my records (instead of standing in line with people waiting behind me). I had a King room with sofa, and it was absolutely wonderful. Clean, modern, very comfortable. All the amenities a traveler might want: TV (with Netflix available), microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, shampoo/conditioner/lotion, extra blanket, etc. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Overall the stay was fine. The front desk staff checking in and out was very rude which was unfortunate as there was no issues or any type of issue for her to be rude. The pool had a few pieces of trash that were there for two days straight And the pool had So.Much.Hair. In the pool and around the edges of the pool. Kinda confusing where all the hair came from but it was gross. As I stated about that overall it was fine, just not great and the experience did not reflect the price for a stay that is less than 24 hours.

The staff were friendly, but the air conditioner was too loud and disturbed my sleep. Also, the toilet made a loud noise when flushing (not the sound of water), which also affected my rest. The hairdryer was broken on the first day of my stay and was only replaced after I complained. Overall, the facilities were in poor condition, which will affect our decision to choose this place again.

The price is not high, close to the river, the river view is OK

Nice property. Unfortunately the renovation did not benefit all rooms. The location is wonderful, right off the interstate but secluded with woods and walking paths. The indoor pool looks perfect, but unfortunately it’s closed without good reason. Also, the bathroom does not have lotion, toothbrushes, or other toiletries except soap and shampoo. The room has zero water bottles. The gentleman at the front desk was kind but I wish he asked if we needed water bottles or toiletries or if we were rewards members. Water pressure in the shower was weak, but the water was hot and soft.

This hotel is located in the business district, close to the subway station. If you drive yourself, you can get on the highway in 2 minutes. The location is very convenient. The rooms inside the hotel are spacious, clean and hygienic. It is a perfect choice.
