Service was great. Breakfast was basic not fancy but good enough. Love the location right across from a busy shopping mall.

Don't stay there!
Service: The room was not cleaned, and the front desk was clearly informed later that daily service was required, but it was still not cleaned. I asked the front desk if there was a complaint hotline, and she told me that there was no one. The black woman at the front desk had a look that could kill. I told the front desk, but she still didn’t. When they were cleaning, they winked and had a very arrogant attitude. They asked people to go, what's the matter with you? Not even an apology. When cleaning the room, they also dumped the toilet garbage, and there was still paper on the floor. They were just like the police, pretending they couldn't see it!
The breakfast was also very average, not as good as what I had in other hotels!
The room was also very old and very noisy!

I only cleaned the house for two days a week, and money was stolen from me. I didn't find out until the day I left, so I had to forget it because there was no evidence.
I arrived at the hotel at 1 a.m. on the night of check-in and was told that there was no reservation for me. The three people behind me walked in and entered the room directly, but the manager told me that there were no rooms. Fortunately, Ctrip helped find the reservation and I checked in smoothly.
I will never stay in this hotel again. The service staff was also very indifferent. Overall, the experience was very poor.
