Con: In-room coffee machine does not work. Coffee holder did not match the machine, and there was no replacement available.

Guest UserThe bathtub was dirty, bathroom wallpaper torn, bathroom door could not be shut, only amenity was free Starbucks coffee, which at 8:00 was nearly gone and lukewarm. We usually love Coutyard properties. This one does not represent the company well.
