We only checked into the third room shown. The rooms are cleaned daily, and we're very happy with the cleaning staff. When we asked about connecting to the internet at the service desk, it took half an hour for them to resolve the issue, as the standard access code using our passport number or room number wasn't working. I have mixed feelings about the hotel – it's very clean, but the reception staff isn't very efficient.

I needed to stay for 2 more days and I did not hesitate to extend my stay in this hotel. Once again I want to express my gratitude to the hotel staff for their helpfull. They sent me a personal item forgotten in the room by mail the next day. Dear friends, I wish you good luck and prosperity!

XXiaoxiavk這裏的環境優雅安靜，內部各項設施設備非常完善，能很好地滿足日常居住與辦公需求。整體格調在線，服務也很規範，無論是出差還是度假，都是一個非常省心的選擇。健身房不能用，客房共三層，衹有樓梯。

The receptionist and the owner were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely choose Mersin again if I have the chance.

The shower was broken but staff are friendly, I had a good night there although I check in at 1am, it's good they have 24hrs service. Recommend.
