"This is a great hotel in every way! All the receptionists were very kind and trustworthy. I had them arrange a taxi for me, and communication between staff was excellent, so it went smoothly. The room felt a little small, but that wasn't a problem, and it was well-maintained and clean. Coffee and tea making facilities were provided in the room and always available in the lobby. I'm so glad I chose this hotel based on the high reviews! I highly recommend it!!"

Health is great! The environment in the hotel is very good and the design is attentive. But outside the hotel is a dirty and messy parking lot. There is a bar next to the hotel that will be noisy until 12 o'clock in the night. The room was small (even if I had booked a medium-sized one) and the space was not enough to expand two large suitcases.

The room is small but exquisite, clean, and the bedding has no strange smells. It's very quiet at night and quite close to the beach, making it convenient to watch the sunset after dinner and the sunrise in the morning. Çanakkale is not too modern, but it's a clean, tranquil, and slow-paced small city that's definitely worth a visit!

I love this hotel! Me and my family always stay there for a sleepover on our way to the Aegean coastline. The MD Barbaros hotel has the perfect location - it's close to a shopping center with lots of cafes and restaurants, and it is within walking distance from the beach and a park with a playground. But what's most important is that it's clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with all of the necessary amenities, and the beds are huge! Special thanks to the front desk staff, for meeting and exceeding our needs and expectations!

In the center of Chanakale, very close to the sea, the breakfast room is on the top floor, the scenery is very good, you can see the panoramic sea view. The disadvantage is that the room is a bit small and the others are quite good.

Guest UserThe location is in Old Town and accessible to everything! - Lots of interesting shops and food stores nearby. It is also an easy walk to the ferry.
There were issues that arose during our stay there but when we made management aware of our needs, they were prompt in resolving them.
The one exception was the problem with the availability of hot water. It was quite cold in late February and early March and the lack of a hot shower at times was stressful.
One of the employees there, “Svetlana”, was especially helpful in many different ways, even with our Turkish phone accounts and tourist attractions, among other things. - A big “Thank you! to her!
Overall, staff was generally friendly and helpful.

TEO SOON CHINI chose the hotel due to its proximity to the Minibus Stop (Troy Dolmus) to archaeological site of Troy. The walking distance to the beachfront (central) is about approx 500-600m away from the hotel. The room is rather too small for comfort, less than the 11sq m that I normally get in hotels in Japan. The choices of food selection provided in complimentary breakfast are also limited.

Ben YusofPerfect lication to explore Canakkale. Hotel breakfast was delicious. Staffs are helpfull lots. Plenty of eateries nearby hotel & the city waterfront is just few steps away feom the hotel. Trojan horse statue is also walkable and tje view is fantastic.

Hotel staff helped park. Location close to the city centre to the locations to be visited (Aynali Market, Turn Tower, Maritime Museum, Kordon. Fährboot kelder, etc.)

Hotel is tired. Photo everything new, in fact the wall is scratched, in the bathtub spot of the spleen, etc.
Breakfast is modest but quite depleted. The hotel is located near a busy road, the noise from the passing transport is terrible, even with closed windows. In the best traditions - the roast only on one side of the bed). With parking problem. The result: you can live, but the price is overstated.

Excellent staff members, very friendly and helpful. They don't speak English but they treat you like you're family. The room is very small (as big as a queen size bed) but the location is right in the center of everything. The bus from the otogar (c9) also stops right around the corner. The only con about this place is that there's a bar across the street which plays loud music until 2am on the weekend. Weekdays are not bad, just street noise.
