Hotels with Breakfast in Dushanbe

Guesthouse is a little out of the way, but has everything that you need and more importantly the owner is incredibly hospitable. Stayed up until 1am for me to check in due to a late flight and issues withdrawing money. Was super helpful and considerate during my brief stay and took care of all my needs. Would definitely stay again!

After arriving, there were four or five front desk staff to greet us. Some spoke English, some spoke Chinese (not very fluently), but they were all very warm and helpful. It felt like home! Drinks and snacks in the lobby were free to use, and there were plenty of large bottles of water in the room. In short, it was very good! The room is very large, very new, and the hotel provides free airport transfer service (for Dushanbe, which is not convenient for online car-hailing, this service is very good for foreigners), it is highly recommended to live here.

The apartments are located on the 13th floor of a residential house, so the first barrier for you will be the door to the entrance and the homephone. I had to call the administrator, but no one took the 🤷♂️ Only the administrator of the hotel next door, who called a acquaintance of these apartments (lucky). After getting the key there were no more problems with the entrance. There was also dirty bedding and towels, in some red-brown spots. And the bedding was obviously after washing because it was a little humid. In the rest the room was clean, the bathroom was all shining too. It was a complete surprise; I couldn't believe the price when I booked online—only 8 RMB per night. The hotel is located in the city center. It's a typical domestic standard room, quite spacious. It's a military guesthouse built with Chinese aid.

The name of the hotel is SJIXINGHE HOTEL, and it is located on the 6th and 7th floors of a building (hotel?) called Dushanbe Palace. The information desk and temporary reception are on the 1st floor, but the actual reception is on the 7th floor. The dining room and karaoke room? are also on the 7th floor. The room I was assigned was on the 6th floor and was quite spacious, but it was a very hot time of year, so the air conditioning didn't work very well. There was a simple room-temperature water dispenser in the room. The shower room had poor drainage, so the water wouldn't go away. I had to take my towels to the reception desk myself to change them. It seems like the design of the room was changed from a regular residence to a hotel during construction. The location is good, but the heavy traffic in Dushanbe city center means that it's not really an advantage.
