"I've stayed here many times before, but this time was extremely disappointing. I requested a quiet room, but the people in the next room were talking loudly until almost 2 AM. I called staff after midnight, but their handling of the situation was unsatisfactory. They continued talking and singing until 1:30 AM. If I hadn't asked to change rooms, I wouldn't have been able to sleep.
I understand that staff probably can't do much about noisy customers, but if I hadn't asked if I could change rooms, I would have had to endure the noise and not be able to sleep. When it was time to change rooms, the staff didn't say anything or take any responsibility. They didn't even help with my luggage. They just handed me the key card and walked away. If I hadn't asked them to bring it up, I would have had to go down to the counter to pick up the key card myself. I was hoping for better service to lessen my anger from not being able to sleep, but it only made me more disappointed."

Aan old room that has been well preserved. The main factor is cleanliness- no smell, no mold. The amenties is basic, hot woter is not too hot. For this price it's alright. Hotel is away from center, nothig to do here, so you need your transport.

The room is very good and the hygiene is very good. The big lake in the yard is so beautiful! The breakfast is also good, Thai and Western, with fruits, vegetables and snacks!

The rooms are big, clean, soundproofing is good, ah delicious, the staff are lovely.
Especially the housekeeper who cleans the room is very cute and has good manners.

QINGWEIThe location is easy to find, on the side of the national highway before entering Phayao City. Very clean and hygienic, and very quiet. It's just over one kilometer walk from the night market. And it's just on the edge of Phayao Lake, where you can see the lake view. The only regret is that the breakfast is too monotonous.
